While I have been a patient of Dr. Lit's for over 30 years, and sing her praises every chance I get, I am a new customer to this location. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Whenever I have been there I have observed how the staff greets customers promptly and talks to them respectfully. Such a warm environment goes a long way towards customer satisfaction.

I visited Dr. Lit at her new location in Encino. It is a little further for me from her prior location in West Hills but it was worth the trip. Dr. Lit. , was amazing and thorough as usual. The front office staff were excellent. It was so nice to see a friendly and helpful face when I saw Selena there from the old office. I also appreciated their optician, Jason. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out some new glasses. Great visit!

My first visit was back in June of 2023 and I think it was a normal wait time since it was a Saturday and a bit busy. Today I had a late morning appointment and there was no wait time at all. From filling out paper work, being seen by the doctor, and chose my new glasses I was there for about 30 mins. The entire staff was great, super nice and helpful. I highly recommend
