Very impressed with Dr. Shaw, she was able to see me around my schedule and get me a great pair of glasses. Very thorough and very timely. Would absolutely recommend her services

If i could give Dr. Shaw a negative 1 star review i would. I made an appointment today 04/09/2025 at 2:00pm to have my glasses adjusted. She said i can make an appointment to have my glasses adjusted and that was what I did. I was very clear today was my only day off. So i showed up at 2:00pm she isn't here I call her to her cell its on the voicemail when you call the location and she said that she understood and that she was getting her taxes done at the moment. A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER WALKED BY AND SAID THAT THIS LADY IS ALWAYS ON VACATION OR SOMETHING AND THAT TO NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. SHE IS CLEARLY NEVER HERE FOR BUSINESS. She also had a sign that shed be back at noon and the hours are posted.

Great experience with Dr. Shaw; as it turned out my previous prescription glasses were way too strong and I got contacts, however I wonder if they're not strong enough. Was given payment options, although I didn't realize contacts would run so deep! Update: a week later I had a follow up with Dr. Shaw and further corrections were made to enhance my vision and I am very pleased with her assistance. I liked the attention she gave to my needs and responses, which I didn't find in my experience with other agencies. I was very satisfied and will want to work with Dr. Shaw again.

Needed an eye exam and went to Dr. Shaw. She is super nice and honest. She told me everything I needed to know. I got fitted for contacts for the first time ever and Dr. Shaw let me sit in her office for about an hour complaining and whining because I couldn't get my contacts out. She's the best and I would recommend her to anyone!

This was my girlfriend's and my first time going here. We chose this place because it is close to home and takes our insurance. Embarrassing to say, but I haven't been to an eye doctor in 15 years! I was very nervous. I hate anything near my eyes. Dr Shaw made it a very comfortable visit. She was very nice and had a great sense of humor. Our appointments went very smoothly and she was right on time. It is a very tiny place but I found comfort in that. She has a great selection of frames if you need to get glasses.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Shaw. She made me feel welcomed and well cared for. She even took the time to help me get acquainted with my contacts and how to put them in and take them out. I Highly recommend Dr. Shaw and am so happy with the care I received!

Dr, Shaw was extremely professional and kind. She made me feel comfortable and explained all the results from my eye exam very throughly and answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Shaw explained all my symptoms and options for treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Shaw for your eye care.
