I had an appointment there today. Everything was great except for one thing.. When I asked about pricing information they were very reluctant to provide it to me. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Kind staff, also procedures went as they are supposed to, waiting times were minimal. Overall, very satisfied.

The last two times at the National City location have been much better than before. The wait time was shorter--though I've complained about it enough in the past. It seems to help if you show up early, since they book multiple patients for the same time slot and simply take whoever arrives first.
This visit with Dr. Ip went much better. I think my earlier frustration came from not being used to the long waits, being shuffled through multiple machines, and spending hours in an impersonal setting. Now that I know what to expect, the experience feels easier.
It's clearly a high-volume practice, but I'm adjusting to the rhythm. I also come more prepared with questions, which helps make sure the doctor doesn't rush out after a five-minute appointment.

The Nurses and staff were excellent they attended me very well the doctor told me what I needed to hear I got good results except for my left eye is weaker than my right NO GLUCOMA Praise God but overall everything went well and they were very nice to me... I thought it was going to take longer than expected but it was pretty fast... I recommend it!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
