Beyond Optometry

I was looking for a new Optometrist office close to home and so happy that I found Beyond Optometry. The office is in a convenient location and I was greeted with great customer service by Jasmine as soon as I walked through the door. Jasmine did all my pre tests and then I got an eye exam from Dr. A. He explained the health of my eye more than any previous doctor ever has. It was actually cool to see all the pictures of my eyes. I got a great prescription and was sat down to go over glasses options with the optician, Kris. As a guy, I'm not the best at picking out what glasses look best on me but Kris helped me narrow my options down and I found a really cool pair of glasses that I REALLY like. She explained my benefits really well. I thought I could only afford one pair of glasses (I had looked at LensCrafters, Costco, etc...) and saw the prices, but I actually got a way better deal!! So much so, I was able to afford a pair of sunglasses too! So not only were they really friendly, but the doctor really taught me about my eyes and Kris saved me money on two pairs of really nice glasses!!! It was so much better than a chain type store where they aren't really experts and just sales people. I am definitely going to be a return patient and customer of Beyond Optometry. It's like having my own special selection of the coolest glasses!! Very happy I chose to stop in.

Fantastic personalized customer service where you are treated like a person and not a number. I was overdue for a prescription update, worsening issues with up close reading, and also had an eye issue from a stye. Beyond Optometry provided exceptional diagnostic and treatment, along with great customer service in getting me new glasses with transitional lenses for the mid 40's reading issue... :-) Highly recommend Beyond Optometry.

I've been driving to a different eye doctor for years, but decided to give Beyond Optometry a try after hearing great things , and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Kris and Jasmine greeted me with such warmth and professionalism. I was checked in quickly and taken back right on time. If you're on a tight schedule, this is the perfect office, they truly respect your time and never make you wait around. Dr. Ardakani was incredibly thorough and asked all the right questions, from my early days of wearing glasses to my current vision needs. He's very knowledgeable and, to my surprise, was even familiar with my rare medical condition. He took the time to explain how it affects my eyesight and gave me a level of care I've never experienced anywhere else. Their glasses selection is great, with reasonable prices, and Kris and Jasmine were so helpful in finding frames that fit both my style and my budget. I left feeling well taken care of, confident in my exam, and so happy to have found such an amazing office so close to home. Beyond Optometry is truly a hidden gem in Escondido , friendly staff, an attentive and educated doctor, and a convenient location near the freeway. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Beyond Optometry while searching for a new eye doctor, and I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation I had. From start to finish, my entire experience was exceptional. I left feeling not only cared for but genuinely impressed by the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness from everyone I interacted with. I brought in my own eyeglass frames because I wanted to have new colored lenses put in. I had two pairs, but I decided to try one first to see how it would come out, and let me tell you, I was absolutely ecstatic when I saw the finished result! The color of the lenses came out perfectly exactly what I envisioned and it truly brought my frames to life. Kris provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, made sure she understood the exact color tone I had in mind, and kept me updated through the process. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly personality made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also takes pride in making sure the customer leaves happy and Kris did exactly that. Dr. Ardakani was equally amazing. His bedside manner is impeccable. He's personable, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and informed. You can tell he truly cares about his patients' eye health and overall experience. And Jasmin was wonderful as well! She was patient, thorough, and took the time to walk me through every step of my eye hygiene routine. I appreciated how she explained everything in detail and made sure I understood each part of the process before moving on. She's kind, professional, and has such a calm, reassuring presence which made the visit even better. Overall, my experience at Beyond Optometry was outstanding. From the quality of their work to the professionalism and warmth of their team, everything was top-notch. It's clear that everyone there takes pride in what they do and truly values their patients. I'm so happy I found this office and will absolutely be returning. I highly, highly recommend Beyond Optometry to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a team that truly goes above and beyond!

Beyond Optometry should be Above and Beyond, with their modernized equipment. Dr A was exceptional and thorough. Kris and the staff made sure my wife and my new glasses were just right. Great location that's easy to get to.

The entire staff is very professional, courteous and kind... The doctor is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend beyond optometry to family and friends! You won't be disappointed.
