I have been going to Dr. Michael Haug and his wife Deborah for about 25 years. I consider him to be a trusted counselor regarding my eye treatment beyond just fitting me for my contact lenses. I have very complicated problems with one eye and he has been a voice of reason and pragmatism which I really appreciate. He is also a good man. I recommend him unreservedly.

They sold me very expensive lenses. Problem being when I went to another doctor they confirmed that my lenses A: were not what I paid for and B: have left me struggling to see. When I alerted Dr Haug he leaned on the warrentee for the lens coating. He choose to ignore that my lenses were single vision instead of the very expensive progressives he sold me.

Last time I go here! Ordered glasses almost a month ago and have still not recieved them.
And this is not the first time either,
every time I have order glasses they have NEVER come in the 7-10 days, that they say . It has always been more like 3 wks or more with nothing but excuses for why they are not done.they lost the frames, they miss placed the prescription, they messsed up on the lenses and need to redo them, so on and so on. So as I said LAST TIME!
