We love the staff and doctors here. This is our second year going for eye exams, glasses and lenses here. Everyone honest and helpful. We'll continue to use them

Dr. Saini is amazing for many reasons. I just had cataract surgery performed by him and I could not be happier with the outcome. From my initial consultation to surgery day Dr. Saini was so kind and caring. Dr. Saini explained things in detail and was really patient in answering questions, he never rushed you and spent all the time you needed. His knowledge and experience is invaluable! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Don't look any further if you are interviewing doctors for cataract surgery and near Escondido!

I've been seeing Dr Saini for many years now and am so happy I found him. He recently did both my eyes for cataract surgery. He is kind compassionate and knowledgeable. He listens and actually hears and addresses your concerns. So glad he did my eyes. I see so well now! His staff is as equally awesome. From Pricilla who always greats you with her sweet smile, and Janelle a sweet "hello" to Renee in scheduling who is always patient. Christine who answers all my silly questions and don't forget Dr. Baha who did my follow up care and Dr Hofmeister who sees me annually. They are all amazing. I am so happy I have been their patient and with happier with their wonderful care! I agree the phone system can be a lil aggrevating but in this world that's a pretty small thing. Thank you to ALL of the staff and doctors at Integrity Eye....The name says it all!

The new location is very nice! The office is very clean & modern! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! Lori was very sweet and helpful when I was picking out my frames! She got all the info from my insurance and helped me feel comfortable with my investments. Dr. Grasso is a pleasure to work with! Very thorough and explains things very clearly and I had a fun time laughing and chatting with her! 5/5 stars all the way around!

Very knowledgeable friendly staff starting right at the front desk and back office. Everyone is so calm and helpful. You feel very comfortable with everyone Dr Grasso is amazing. I've been with her for years and she always is extremely nice and helpful during the exam. She explains things very intelligently and takes her time to be there for you during the whole process. Highly recommend

Dr. Saini is great. The medical technicians are also superb. The receptionists are excellent. And Lori (the optician) is great as well. What's not great about the Escondido office? (1) You can't get to the receptionists or Billing by phone; all calls go to an answering service and your message goes to a black hole. (2) Billing errors pointed out by the patient get fixed - then recur - for over a year! (3) The web site's pages have not all been updated with accurate Friday office hours or the address of the new location. Dr. Grasso, who was outstanding, has left this practice. And now, so have I.

Dr. Saini is the best. But the office people almost never answer the phone. Most of the staff are ok in person. Except Priscilla, She doesn't do her job as always and so very RUDE.

What the other patient says in their review below is true: the answering service situation is annoying at best - They just don't call back when they say they will. Moreover, Dr. Puneh Baha has been rude, even condescending. Perhaps she is stressed or something else is going on, but it's not professional to act it out on patients. On the positive side: the blonde lady (I forgot her name) at the glasses/frames shop attached to the doctor's office is incredibly friendly, prompt, and professional. She's a gem! Front desk team also really friendly.
