I am giving this Sight for Sore Eyes a 5-star rating. I would give them 10, if that were an option. I have been wearing glasses for years and have never been quite happy when I got a new pair. They have always been slightly too wide (which made them slide down all day) and way too heavy to wear for any length of time. At every office, I requested a selection of narrower frames. (I need between a youth and adult width.) Not one office has listened and tried to find frames that would really work for me - until now, and I have gone to several different places trying to find what I need. Steve looked at my face and automatically knew what frames I should buy. He handed me 3 frames and all 3 were spot-on! He knew exactly what I needed and he had it in stock. He said that giving me a slightly smaller pair would allow him to give me thinner, lightweight lenses. He got distance and reader glasses to me in 2 days! It was so fast! The glasses are amazing. Overall, they are so lightweight - I have always had heavy glasses that were so uncomfortable to wear. I got all the bells and whistles and I am finally happy with my glasses! I have now placed an order for some progressive glasses and some prescription sunglasses too. I am excited to have great quality, perfect fitting, lightweight glasses. Thank you so much Steve!!

This place always pleasantly surprises me by getting my glasses to me earlier than promised! Steve and his co-workers are very professional, friendly and efficient. I have bought four pairs of glasses from them, and each time I've been in their shop, I can get everything I need completed in 15 minutes or less!

It was a little complicated. I needed to get older lens reframed while I waited for a new exam and lenses. It wasn't their frame and took effort, time and dedication to get it done. He did it with a smile, concern and courtesy. The change in prescription was explained so I wasn't being sold new glasses I didn't need. Prices were excellent.

This place was wonderful and the staff was amazing. And we're not even there normal customers. I wanted to share my experience so people know how great the people are who work here. My aunt from Dallas-Fort Worth Texas dropped and broke her frames. So we went in there with a bottle of super glue panicking what to do. Because she couldn't see well enough to use her phone and she had to make two connecting flights plus finish her vacation. The gentleman in there said I'll see what I can do pointed us to the discount rack of frames. He found an almost perfect match put together and fixed her glasses, like brand new using her existing lenses and clean them professionally. We got out of there for like $60 and 20 minutes and we were all smiles. He even adjusted the frames to fit her face comfortably. He didn't try to upsell us, up charge us, or even push us into the more expensive frames. He understood our situation and what we needed and he matched it perfectly. I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

On vacation from Michigan and my son broke his glasses. Steve took care of us and we walked out with new glasses in less than 20 mins. Highly recommend!! Thank you Steve for saving the rest of our vacation...since my kid can't see without his glasses.

I bought replacement frames online to replace the frames i had broken. i absolutely could not get the screws out holding the demo lenses in to put my lenses in. i had stripped out the screws and cut up my hands with different screwdrivers. i brought them in and the person that runs this store swapped the lenses out in moments during our conversation without me even noticing he was doing it. i was completely blown away and i am so happy to have my glasses working again. i cannot overstate how happy i am. the person who runs this store is a master of this stuff, i highly recommend.

Just went today to tighten my glasses and get new pillows for my nose bridge. COMPLETELY FREEE. Not to mention the guy was very kind and efficient
