Usually they do very good at there work been coming here for years! Not this last visit I got a new prescription opted in to use my sun glasses that were still in great condition . However round trip to get them back was about 3 weeks and upon receiving Frame was cracked and scratched and was told there was nothing they could do about it . Not coming back here 150$ down the drain

I have mixed feelings on this place. Staff is great. I went back in 2022 to get glass for the first time in my life. Visit went great got prescribed glasses and to be hones I never wore them often enough. It made a difference but not fully 20/20.
I go back this last week as I had a dmv appointment and realized I may need an update on the prescription. Got the test done my vision stayed the same. Turns out the glasses they gave me originally were not correct prescription and didn't match what I was supposed to get. Having never had glasses I didn't know what to expect when I got my glasses originally but these kind of mistakes shouldn't happen. Paid $180 to have the lenses redone to the correct prescription which honestly shouldn't have been charged or discounted at the least.
TLDR;
Got glasses in 2022 they didn't fill prescription right. Got test done vision same and glasses are incorrect. Recharged $180 to replace to correct Lenses

My husband and I had an overall great experience. Dr. Sloulin was very nice and thorough on the exam. Made sure I was satisfied with everything and I'm very impressed. I didn't feel rushed at all and took her time to explain and double checked to make sure everything was good.
The same goes for the lady who helped me with my glasses. She was very nice and patient with me on picking out my glasses very helpful and explained everything so I can understand what I was going to be charged for lol

Instead, they argue with their patients and invalidate their feelings. In the future, hear out your patients before you turn them away. Offer flexibility with appointment scheduling when you're dealing with large families. Honor confirmed appointments whether confirmed over the phone or text, and listen to your patients before you dismiss their concerns.
