All of the workers doctors assistance were absolutely outstanding, I might add they were also had a good sense of humor. Definitely would recommend this place. You guys did a awesome job. Great with the customers.

Both Dr. Abo's are good with patients and genuinely show that they care in addition to taking the time to explain things. My gripe with this place is not at all the service, but rather the significant price gouging that takes place with their frames. If you are looking for Ray Ban Meta's then do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! Their "office" price is practically double the retail price. I was quoted $794 for a pair when Walmart sells the same pair for $409!!! If you are looking for Ray Ban Metas then I highly advise you to go to Walmart or elsewhere where they charge you the actual price and not a ridiculous mark up.

Office staff were very professional from time of booking my appointment to arrival. Dr. Lauren Abo was very efficient and detailed with my concerns. Overall Exceptional service and will be returning!

If i could give this place negative stars I would. The end of 2024 I got some very expensive Prada prescription glasses. I also paid for the scratch replacement. Towards the end of 2025 , I set up an appointment to replace those lenses. Somehow the communication wasn't right and I was scheduled after my eligibility to replace those lenses. They realized the mistake was on their end, and I wasn't offered anything regarding the replacement lenses that I paid for and never got. I'll take that as a misunderstanding. So I get a new prescription on the same frames, and get my glasses 3 weeks after my appointment. I didn't notice but my frames were all fadded and discolored in certain spots. This is 2 weeks ago. Today I went to drop off a 2nd pair of glasses to get those set up for computer work. I let the MANAGER know that my Prada frames are messed up and they WEREN'T like this when I dropped them off. Yes its been 2 weeks but between work and life , I couldn't come in till today. So, she tells me that "its after the year warranty" and that she doesn't know if I left them on my car dashboard, got them wet, or wear and tear IN 2 WEEKS", and that when they replace lenses, they use heat. Ah ha!! They use heat huh? When I searched up what would cause this fading and discoloration, guess what I learned. ITS HEAT! To replace lenses, heat is applied to your frames, and that could cause discoloration. Instead of trying resolve the problem , or offer to contact the company that replaced my lenses , or see if theres anything we could do, it was a "sorry but I dont know if you did this to them yourself, by leaving them on your car dashboard, soaking them in water, or wear and tear, and im the manager and there's nothing I can do for you". Are you kidding me?!! I've literally had these glasses for 13 months. Im not a kid. I dont leave them on my dashboard. I dont soak them in water. I wear them everyday to see. She was super unprofessional and had a very nonchalant attitude about this situation. I wasn't asking nor do I expect a free replacement of my Prada frames. But not even trying to contact someone from the company they sent them to, is completely absurd. Do we check the condition before and after? I honestly didn't realize the issue the day I picked them up. I was more concerned about SEEING and getting the fit right. Well today they lost me and my family as customers. Unbelievable how its a ...oh well type of attitude, and not even TRYING ANYTHING to help resolve this problem. So with all this being said. Good luck going to this place. I've had enough.

Staff was really nice and very professional. Doctor spent a great deal of time discussing my eye health and many options to contemplate when dealing with future cataract surgery. Will definitely go back in the future.

First time here. When I walked in every one spoke and smiled. Everyone was great and the doctor was all some. He explained everything to me. I will be recommending your . Thanks to everyone. I will Recommend this EYE DOCTOR

Very helpful went over everything from my exam to my cost per frame in detail. This will be my new eye doctor going forward
