We came in today for an exam and to select glasses. First of all we want to say that staff are really nice in helping through the pre test. Dr. excellent eye doctor for thorough exam. checking my accurate prescription level, and checking for any eye health problems. I must say this place is a hidden gem, all the staff were excellent. Afterwards, I had to choose frames to select, Iris and Sandy were extremely patient in helping me choose the right frame for my face shape, they also were very kind throughout the whole process. Explained all the options I am able to choose for my frame, and I had such an amazing time that I will be coming back again. Iris help us to make frame and glasses decision appropriate fir our face

Today, I visited the store to collect my glasses. During my visit, I encountered Ronney and Amy again. They both demonstrated exceptional attentiveness to my needs. Ronney provided a comprehensive explanation of the examination process, while Amy offered further recommendations. As a result, I decided to purchase two additional glasses. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service and insightful advice provided.

I was appreciative of the assistance I received in choosing a new frame. Also had a good experience with the tech who did the measurements and presented the options for me. I bought a new frame and lens last year from same place and I really loved the style and comfort when wearing my glasses. They have a nice selection of frames.

Every time I come here, I feel that the services they provide are great, they also have a system where they remind you whenever your appointment is about to come up. The people working at the front desk are kind and patient. Dr Matt Lee is very patien, professional as well as precise. The pretester Bernie is serious and works diligently. Lastly the selection of glasses they have is great, every time I visit I am able to find a pair that I like. I am going to share this place with my friends because I truly think that this is a place for everyone.

We have been using their services since 2017 and I have no complaints and only good things to say about them. Amy has always been and is still very helpful. Always fulfill our requests promptly and give good suggestions. Dr. Rebecca Lee has been good to all of us. My daughter started enrolling in one of the myopia programs since a few years ago and the program is really helpful because her myopia did not get worse since then. Contact lenses and glasses order is easy and never have any issues.

Been seeing Dr. Lo over 15 years. She's the most caring and detail oriented Optometrist I've ever met. Amy from their team also has the most patient whom gave me the best advise on picking the right shape of glasses frames and lenses. And they also have a huge variety of products to pick from. Highly recommend them!
