I had a wonderful stress-free experience working with Anna on the phone and in the store to get lenses put into my new glasses! She was so kind, attentive, communicative, and thorough. I also spoke briefly with Amanda who was superb as well.
Having the ability to contact the office via text or phone is a huge time saver. I really appreciated being able to call and have a kind person pick up the phone instead of having to deal with a cold convoluted automated system.
All of that, and the turnaround time is extremely speedy! I dropped my frames off yesterday afternoon and they will be ready this evening!
Superb customer service and a quick turnaround time make for a magnificent combination. A true gem. Highly highly recommend View Optical for all your eyewear needs!

I scheduled an eye exam for contact lenses at 10:30 am for my daughter. As punctuality is important to us, that is also when we arrived. We were promptly welcomed and checked in by the receptionist. 30 minutes later however, we were still waiting. Asked the receptionist, she said the doctor was running late. And so we continued waiting. Finally, at 11:15 am the doctor arrived. It looked like she just drove in, as she hadn't even changed into her work clothes yet.
We were finally seen at 11:30 am, a whole hour after our scheduled time. The actual appointment wasn't much better. The doctor was rushed and impatient. She clearly just wanted to get through us as fast as possible. This was my daughter's first time trying contact lenses, but the doctor didn't spend any time teaching her how to use them. Our appointment was speed-ran in 15 minutes - so fast, I felt dubious about the accuracy of the prescription.
If respect for your time and quality of care are not important to you, this place could be a good fit.
