He took his time, asked all the right questions, and was incredibly observant and detail-oriented throughout my visit. The best of the best what can I say from start to finish this optometric center is second to none Doctor Casagrande is top-notch. You will not find better out there. I guarantee that! My family and I feel so lucky to have him as our Eye Doctor and I must say that Ashley is so awesome. I had such a great experience here while getting help for my son and our whole family. My son recently started a new job and his lens broke, so I brought him in hoping for a quick solution. They were able to install an in-house lens for him in just two days, which was a huge relief other places would take 2 weeks. Klarissa helped us and she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Because of how well we were treated, I've since been back two more times for myself and my husband. Every visit has been just as positive. Highly recommend this place for their excellent service and friendly staff.

Eye dr Lee was excellent. She did a thorough exam and was very nice. And shot out to the girl (forgot her name) that helped me with the glasses she was awesome too. They also have a nice selection of glasses. Overall great experience.

First time trying 20/20 as I had heard good reviews, I'm here to say my experience was horrible. The front desk just pointed to kiosk like I was supposed to know to sign in. Then the girl who was supposed to help us pick out glasses did absolutely nothing but shake her leg like we were bugging. When I came back to order my contacts I was charged over $300 for 6 months of custom contacts that never came in, I kept being told the take 1-2 months. I canceled my order went to Costco paid $200 for a year supply of the same contact and received it the next week. This place is a scam!!!! I wonder if the owner really knows how his business is being run.
