Ismael was absolutely amazing and did a stupendous job helping me along every step of the way. He answered every question I had with confidence and in great detail. Left very happy with the support I received and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The trip overall was very quick and never had to wait too long. All the staff was super friendly. Very bad service. There eye exam was failed. They make incorrect glasses for 3 times for my wife. They eat her whole year and she went there numerous times. Still they could not make glasses as per her eye sight. Very Bad

Took my kid for an eye exam, was there for a while all for them to tell me she needs to see the optometrist when he is there.... WHAT THE HECK!! Then how are they able to perform exams without one? I'd put zero stars but that's not an option.

Went today. Amazing staff and great selection of glasses. Thanks to staff for helping me choose glasses. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because of how hot it is. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional to have us in this heat! But I feel for the staff that have to wear those coats. Hopefully by the time I come back its fix!.
