The Dr was great! She had carefully read my chart before I came in for the exam and clearly explained the results. She had a number of recommendations and was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I came in for an eye exam and glasses. The nurse the doctor were excellent!! Few minutes of wait time, the doctor explained everything clearly and I was very pleased! When I went to get glasses on which I did pick out a pair and sat with the saleswoman she was pushy, didn't explain progressive and eventually I left without glasses. I tried to tell her I just wanted a basic glassware with no progressive or bifocals and didn't mind using two sets. The prices she was quoting for one pair of glasses were in the $600 range cheapest $480 for something I didn't even want. I left. I found the same frames and a place to provide the lenses without bifocals or progressive for under $200! No pushy salesman, pressure or stress and someone who listen to what I wanted for glasses. I know progressive is the new thing but some people are fine with regular glasses and carrying an extra set for reading! If the saleswoman would have listen to my needs without pushing progressive lens she would have made the sale. The exam, the nurse and doctor was an excellent experience but I regret to say the salespeople in the store could not follow up with the same kind of service which was extremely poor! I would recommend getting someone's eyes checked there but not to even bother looking at glassware

My EYE EXAM was great! However I did not feel welcomed by the person who took me in. I was 6 minutes late, I aopogized to the girl and she completely ignored me. She seemed she was in a hurry and that's another reason I was explaining to her my reason for being late. Yet she completely ignored what I said. She didn't smile or looked happy to be there.

Dr Trey Sano, weren't above and beyond on my Eye Exam. I've been to many optometrist in the past and he is by far the best. He knows how to explain the Eye Exam and has a great knowledge of the eyes!

I had a really good experience with Lens Crafter.From the time of my appointment they took me right away and the optometrist assistant was very detail on each exam afterward the optometrist was very friendly and detail on the exam and ex ray on my eyes.Will go back there again and recommend them to my family and friends.

The manager helped me as I walked in and assisted me through the process. I let him know my concerns and budget and he was understanding. My Dr was very knowledgeable with all procedures and the tools that are used are advanced. I cant wait to go back for my pair of glasses and look forward to my 2nd pair. I will let my friends and family to check this place out
