My experience was outstanding! Dr. Alyssa was amazing! She took her time with my daughter who is 7 and was very thorough, kind and educated. She helped me as well and listened to me and helped me to find the best fit for my concerns. Her staff was kind and friendly and answered my questions as well! Layla my daughter was nervous and left super happy and excited for her new readers! Highly recommend!

I've been dealing with glasses and eye care for the past nine years, and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Hernandez was incredibly thorough--she didn't rush, really listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions in detail. I felt genuinely cared for. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and helpful the entire care team was--not just the doctor, but also the medical assistant and even the receptionist. I went through my workplace insurance, and unlike other places where they just tell you your co-pay and rush you out, this team actually took the time to explain exactly what my insurance covers. They made sure I understood my plan, what was included, and answered every question I had. Honestly, I learned more about my insurance benefits here than I ever have before. The consultation for glasses and contacts was also extremely detailed, and the whole experience didn't feel like I was in a typical doctor's office--it felt more like a personalized shopping experience. Everything was modern, welcoming, and well-organized. They made what's usually a stressful or rushed process feel easy and even enjoyable. Highly recommend this place--professional, caring, and truly above and beyond in every way.

If you have a complicated eyeglasses or contact lens prescription, this is not the optometrist's office to make an appointment with. When they could not find a reputable lab to make my contact lenses my prescription was sent to an unknown lab. The results were disastrous. I ended up having to pay Aloha for not being able to produce a usable set of contacts and find an optometrist who could successfully fill my prescription. Also, If you need a copy of an optical prescription, don't expect to get what you asked for. In conclusion, don't expect much from this office as they are not always patient oriented...front office would rather ignore you than help...very rude.

The doctor was always super nice and friendly . But office staff is very rude. It was my fourth time here and kept giving them chances thinking maybe they're just having a bad day.... But the staff gives attitude and makes me feel like I can't ask them questions. Has happened more than a few times. ESP when calling on the phone. One girl was super sweet but I didn't catch her name.

Advised Dr couldn't stay to order glasses after exam, Dr stated I could come in at any time. I came in on a different date and was told needed an appt to select glasses. Made appt. - at appt advised glasses staff could only order what the insurance would cover, was still directed to glasses that would cause out of pocket expense. Was told by more than one glasses staff member what my insurance covered toward more expensive glasses. When they finally understood that I only wanted to select products the insurance covered I was handed second hand trays of glasses that were brought out from stuffed junk drawers. The trays I viewed were cheap plastic frames that looked and fit like they were sized for a child. So disappointing to have to pay for insurance and work hard at a job that provides insurance and still incur out of pocket expense for a decent pair of glasses. So unpleasant to be treated like a bargain basement customer when avoiding out of pocket expenses particularly when insurance charges clients already for what they say should be covered expenses.

Dr. Yamamoto is great, and so is the rest of the team. I've been going there for the last 5 years and highly recommend.

Optometrists are great but the eye glass staff have no idea how insurance works. They tried to charge me an addition $280 for things that were covered by my insurance 100%. Additionally my wife and daughter didn't get what they wanted earlier this year because the eye glass staff tried to charge more money for things that were covered 100%.

I was extremely pleased with Dr Ideta and staff. I have been looking for a good Optometric Group and haven't found one until now. I have been to several in town too. Dr Ideta is very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He went through the exam with me in great detail and the overall health of my eyes. He was able to put into layman's terms, which I need, so I understood exactly what he was talking about. Highly recommend this Dr and office...Thanks Dr Ideta!
