Such a great experience from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, and the doctor was patient, kind, and really listened to my concerns. I felt comfortable the entire visit and Definitely my go-to eye doctor from now on!
My experience was great. I'm tempted to say the whole experience felt luxurious. I hesitate to say luxurious because it was so affordable. It was the best price but what really stands out was the service. Most places won't answer the phone. They answered on the first ring, helped me with all my questions and got me scheduled quickly. When I arrived they greeted me and led me through the process. The doctor helped me understand my options for clearer vision in a way that I have not experienced before and I've been wearing glasses for 20 years. I left seeing clearer and feeling more in control of my eye sight.
Anna C was amazing, super sweet and knows her stuff! Answered all questions we had. It was super quick and we got prescription glasses done in the SAME DAY! (Some exceptions, depending on what you want)
Daniel was extremely helpful. I appreciate Daniel's help he gave me especially during an emergency situation! Kindness goes along ways in life. You are awesome! Being kind is a choice, thank you for choosing to be kind!
The store manager is great. Although I went to get contacts and paid a decent price for them they were still really blurry and not one bit better than the prescription i was growing out of. I then went back within two days to get a different prescription. I go back that day everything looks good till I go outside, everything is still blurry especially when i'm driving in the day and night time or even walking. I'm not from fresno i'm located in hanford and in the military. I wasn't able to go back a third time because of being in the military and not having time to do so. As well as already having to go back a second time already. I eventually had time to call and talk to one of the ladies on the phone. She said basically they can have the doctor look into it and prescribe me a new prescription. But i'd have to pay for the new contacts due to not letting them know from a certain time frame. even though they messed up and got my prescription wrong twice already all because i wasn't able to make a third commute down there because of something they messed up on twice. Mind you this isn't the first time i've been to America's best, i've been to multiple and never had any of the doctors give me the wrong prescription for my eyes. Never once had to go back. I honestly think it's either or the guy eye doctor there. Staff is friendly just wish they were able to help me out and give me the right prescription because the contacts them self was around 180 maybe and i shouldn't have to be driving back in fort and having to pay again for something that's not my fault
The person that assisted us was very helpful and also friendly. Her name is Sandra and she answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the business.
From the first phone call (I spoke to Joseph whose customer service was top rate!) to waving goodbye, every employee I engaged with was professional, friendly, competent, and careful to double or triple check their work. The receptionist was polite and efficient; Eduardo, the tech who facilitated my initial eye tests, listened well and understood how to apply what I told him for maximum success; Dr Lee, gave me a thorough and efficient exam with sensitivity and kindness, and made sure I received the right prescription for my specific needs; Jizelle was humble, adorable, smart, and a good communicator, helping me choose the right lenses and giving me as much time and information as I needed to figure out my budget and best options; the manager was immediately available to her staff and seemed genuinely pleased to hear me compliment them. Everyone was humble, well-trained, service oriented, extremely polite, and competent. It all seemed like the old days, when that was the norm. Special group - they won my loyalty.
I started getting my glasses here in 2023 when it was eyeglass world. This is my first time getting glasses here since the name/management change. My husband and I went in to each get two pairs of glasses. They were ready within the promised time, however, they got both of our orders wrong. I don't understand how they're getting the orders wrong when they're verifying before the customer leaves. They don't show proof that your order is correct, but they give verbal confirmation that they understood your choices. When you go to pick up your glasses and they're wrong they make you choose again. This shouldn't be happening if they have what you chose on file. I've had to have my regular glasses adjusted 3-4 times and the manager very kindly finally offered a replacement pair at no cost. I appreciate the gesture but even with this consideration I would caution people from getting their glasses here. In addition, not all of the staff are friendly and helpful. We will be going elsewhere when it's time to get glasses next time. It's too much of a hassle and not worth the reasonable prices. I'd gladly pay more for accuracy. Note: The company (corporate) initially follows up with you but in bad faith-they don't follow through. A further sign to take your business elsewhere. *Update* The company/management did not do anything to correct any of the issues and has since lost several customers due to spreading the word.
