I was treated so badly by a guy called Benjamin Sho. I liked everything else but not this employee. He is worsening the company's reputation by presenting a bad quality customers service. He is so dry, a no-smile person who repels any customer and he does not like people of colored skin. I know, high level customers serivce is always the first periority in all such stores but Mr. Sho does not know nothing about that.

Perfect customer service and gave me my sight back and then some. I highly recommend this place for all your glasses and contact needs. They will work with you personally with any issue you may have .

My husband and I both had appointments on the same day. They called me within about 5 minutes and then my husband when my exam was done. After both of us had our exams we were taken out front again to choose the frames. They have a pretty big selection of frames to choose from, including designer frames. Once we chose the frames we chose our options (progressive, transition, etc), paid and was told it would take about 2 weeks to get them in. They called us less than 2 weeks later to tell us they were in. Today we went to pick them up. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The entire staff is friendly and very efficient. They even matched my glasses case to my new frames.

Great experience, My husband & I got our glasses there. The selection is kind of small. But we both found a pair we love at a reasonable price. We didn't have to wait a long time to get them.

So my husband had a initial contact exam late February and we are already aware that once an order is placed for contacts (trials or order) it can take 4 weeks due to his vision BUT you see we thought it was clearly stated that his contacts are used for EVERY DAY ALL DAY! Glasses are solely worn at the end of his day and will not leave the house with them. So we receive his 1st trials and well what do you know they are solely for distance...WHAT?! CONTACTS WORN ALL DAY EVERY DAY FOR WORK TO GO SHOPPING TO LEAVE THE HOUSE CONTACTS ONLY NEVER GLASSES!!! So call to have this fixed and yes its another 4 week wait but guess what when this was done in end of March the order was NEVER placed so I didn't know of this so when I call 4 weeks later to find out if his new trials were received that's when they realized this was done so order was FINALLY placed early May and now we wait ANOTHER 4 weeks! By now I'm already frustrated and fuming about this. Early June new trials come in we go in and guess what they are the SAME brand that he had already explained were a issue and he has to rotate constantly. Why?! Why would the same brand be ordered if that was an issue that was disclosed at the initial appt in FEBRUARY?! So we are now awaiting new trails which can take an additional 4 weeks. You know I thought hey great deal 3 years of exams for one price well gosh damn you have to wait nearly 6 months to even get in a contact. The fact that all the main points in my husband's use of Eyewear was not acknowledged is disappointing and no I will not recommend this location!!!

I had a really great experience. Megan greeted me at the door as well as all staff greeting me. Latoya was wonderful during my protest and I an absolutely loved ;Dr. Ly. Thank you to all staff who helped and Susan for helping me finalize my purchase. She was extremly knowledgeable.

Dr Li is amazing! She takes her time and is extremely thorough! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Amy and Susan took care of us and are amazing! I will definitely make this place my yearly exam and glasses stop!

It was amazing!! Yadira, Jennifer, Brandy, Latoya were so helpful! I had an awesome first time here. Doctor lee was so thorough and amazing. From getting there to leaving all were so helpful. I'm so glad I came here for am eye exam!
