Exceptional customer service by everyone. I want to especially acknowledge Connie. I witnessed her handle a phone call where she had to repeat information multiple times to a customer. She was clear, consider, and polite. She never sounded annoyed. She was also so sweet with me. Just an exceptional staff member.
The place was clean and organized. May I suggest some light waiting room music?
I go to Kaiser normally, but for a routine eye exam the first available appointment was 9 weeks out! Americas Best had same day appointments. Out of pocket for 2 pairs of standard glasses AND the eye exam was only 95$.

I recommend. They're very welcoming, helpful, and quick! I went with their deal for a free eye exam and 2 pairs for starting off at 89.99 and upgraded as we went on. I spent $159 for 2 pairs. I definitely recommend if you need a same day appointment for any issues involving your eye sight. One pair came in within a week. The other had polycarbonate lenses so those came in a few days after my second pair so realistically you would wait 7-10 days for your glasses. Thank you to the staff at America's Best on Kings canyon and Clovis for being kind and helpful.
