The staff and the doc that checked my eyes were nice but the toilet was something from a horror movie. It was so bad I was gonna use the sink then I decided to skip that idea and just get out....but the door handle....I think I may have covid and hep C and hep B from just going in there. On the bright side ....and everything was bright after they put the.drop in your eyes then have you guess what looks better...one or two. Two or three. I cant see a thing man. Maybe they will get better one day since they tried to charge me $250 for progressive lenses. I mean for real. In no case for your glasses, when you pick them up and then to do my prescription based on what my old prescription was by putting it into the little thing and saying. Oh, this is what your prescription is rather than. Let me see the chart before I get my eyes dilated. Perhaps since that's how I walk around all day. And I'll walk around with my eyes dilated. It is for sure the last time that I go to this place ever.

If I could give them a zero I would The worst doctor and staff ever I've called 17 times, they don't sanitize anything after using. The doctor kept getting frustrated my son was moving while getting his eyes dilated. He said " I've had 3yr olds do it no problem " " he's doing the same thing he's moving ". He was so rude he literally didn't even try to check his eyes my son has astigmatism from watching tv. Which his dad has as well so I know for a fact he needs glasses and he took less than 10 minutes we were in n out.

I will see to it that every malpractice I experienced today is addressed! They are making me have to make myself see to it that their contact with my medical insurance be terminated immediately! The proper authorities will be alerted immediately.

Absolutely garbage of a place. Rude doctor. We took our 1 1/2 there because that's where we got referred. The doctor was mad that my 1 year old was crying with eye drops. 100000 would NEVER go here. We left right after the doctor came as rude. I would give 0 stars if it was possible

If i can give this place 0 stars i would. The receptionists are very unprofessional and would always give us the run around and not help her get a cataract appointment. They are horrible and will be reported to state for negligence and unprofessionalism. Too bad the Dr has to get in trouble but that comes with the fact of having a run down unprofessional business

The first time I went to Dr. Fagoora, i was in a lot of pain from my right eye. I had been to a couple drs before him and no one could help me w my pain. I went to him and he told me what it was. He prescribed some medication and within a couple of days my pain was gone. I had that pain for almost 2 yrs! Drs not knowing what it was and what not. He told me I had an ulcer. He took my pain away and I'm so thankful! He did my cataract procedure as well on my left eye. I got glasses w him and they came in about 2-3 weeks I think. Which wasn't that bad. His wife can be serious sometimes but I think she's great as well as the staff I'm always seen within the hr that I'm there. Thank you guys see you soon!

Not a good doctor after wearing glasses all my life the doctor said I didn't need glasses after telling him my left eye I couldn't see far he still wouldn't proscribe me with glasses I couldn't understand him he rushed through the job didn't even take the time to talk to me horrible service. I then explained that's I needed my glasses for reading and he still wouldn't give me glasses. The two ladies at the front desk was nice and I thank them but I will not be coming back to this eye doctor anymore

This place is not good been waiting over a month for my glasses they say they can't find them And they put eye drops that makes eyes sensitive to light and didn't even ask if I had driver to drive me home they just let me leave. I could've wrecked cause I couldn't see from the eyes drops This place is so unprofessional It's VERY CLEAR they just want your money and that's all
