I couldn't hear the optometrist most of the time, but she did her best to go through my appointment since I noticed 4 other patients were waiting after me. Maybe they overbooked or something. She was careful with the trial contact lenses, which I appreciate since my eyes are sensitive. I also received help from the sales rep with my glasses. She did a great job explaining the glasses that best suit low nose bridges and so I felt confident in my choice.
