Dr. Richard N. Mendoza, MD

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Richard Mendoza, and I'm still amazed at how smooth and easy the whole experience was! From the moment I arrived at the hospital, Dr. Mendoza greeted me with a smile that instantly calmed my nerves--which was kind of weird but very much appreciated. He walked me through everything I needed to know that day, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. I was wheeled into the operating room, given sedation, and I could hear Dr. Mendoza talking to me. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery wondering if some magic trick had been played. The surgery was so quick and smooth, it felt like it hardly happened! The whole team was wonderful--the anesthesiologist was kind, the nurses took excellent care of me--and Dr. Mendoza is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also incredibly caring. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I felt supported every step of the way. If you want a surgeon who combines expert care with a gentle touch (and maybe a little bit of magic), Dr. Mendoza is the one to see. I'm already seeing the world clearly again and couldn't be more grateful!

I hv hd nothing but great superior care frm Dr. Mendoza for 8 yrs. He takes time with you, concerns, he hs knowledge of what your needs are & is Attentive to your specific needs as a person I really don't know how he's attended to so many patients, in 8 yrs I've bn in his care. I just know I'm very blessed to hv him as my eye doctor & GOD hs truly blessed him with his grace

Great place for eye care! Been going here my whole life. I have great care with my specific eye problem. I would recommend Dr. Mendoza he is very polite and knowledgeable and when needed will send you to specialist.

Dr. Mendoza is an excellent ophthalmologist. And I'm happy that he's my doctor. He listens well and he explains well. You would be lucky to have him as your doctor.

I've been going to Eye medical center for a few years, but this was my first visit with Dr Mendoza. I really liked him and his staff. Very friendly and professional.
