You won't find a worse Doctor's office. Every office visit will be at minimum an hour late to your actual appt. The billing department will continue to send you bills even though you paid in cash to avoid the credit card fees. It doesn't get worse than the Eye Medical Center!

Downtown optical has an extremely friendly and informative staff. Vanessa and Lloyd helped me with the visit. Drove about 3 hours just to come here and it's was 1000% worth it. I'd refer anyone here. They helped me choose glasses for my 9 month old which most places don't have.

I have went to the same doctor for the past 15 years but decided to try something new. I am so happy I did because I had the best experience here!! The whole staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and extremely helpful. I was helped by the lead optician Vanessa, she gave me the best service!! She took her time with me and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my selection. She was patient with me and offered her opinion on what looked best on me. She even played with my daughter to keep her entertained while I decided on a pair. Vanessa worked with me as far as prices as well. She was so pleasant and made me feel so welcome. I had also been looking everywhere for a specific style for my daughter that was priced descent, but was having no luck. Vanessa made sure that before I left I also had the perfect pair for my little girl. My daughter was so excited!! I will definitely be coming here from here on out!! Thank you Vanessa and staff for a great experience.i highly recommend this office for both adults and children!!

Love my new glasses! A great selection of eye frames. I ended up getting 3 pairs! had a wonderful experience at the downtown office! They made sure I was totally satisfied. Above and beyond!

Love the eyeglass technicians here! Vanessa helped me the first time. She was super sweet and so helpful. Her recommendations were spot on. She definitely knows what she is doing. Because of her, I came back to fill my 2 other children's prescriptions as well.

An amazing experience. Vanessa was absolutely amazing!! I had been turned down by 6 labs/optical stores due to the power of my prescription. Everyone was telling me they couldn't be made. The fact was, no one wanted to make them. Were they difficult? Yes. But Vanessa never gave up and didn't let the lab give up either. And because of that, I am able to stay at the job I have loved for over 20 years...and I can actually see what I'm now writing. Thank you Vanessa, I owe you so much!!

My experience with Eye Medical Center Down Town was outstanding. I ordered exclusive Versace Eyewear and never been so happy with a pair of glasses. Vanessa went out of her way to get me the perfect look I was after. The entire staff is incredible. I highly recommend this place.

Eye doctor after eye doctor, we FINALLY found people who care, who put actual effort into making you feel at home. My daughter has been wearing glasses since she was 3.5years old, she is now 16. It's taken that many years to finally get her prescription on point. She picked the Ray Bans frame and her lenses were completely covered by insurance. Her prescription was ready within two weeks!!
