Hayashi Roger A OD

My experience today with Dr. Roger Hayashi was nothing short of spectacular, from the Dr to his staff. Everyone is so helpful and polite, the doctor was very very knowledgeable and kind and didn't make me feel rushed and really helped me through the process of finding my correct lens and contact prescription. Then his staff was super friendly and helpful and patient with helping me find the frames and sunglasses I really liked. This will definitely be the only eye doctor my family and I will be going to from now on. Thank you again

Staff her are extremely kind and courteous. I didn't have to wait very long at all to begin the tests prior to seeing the doctor. Doctor Hayashi is extremely thorough with his explanations! I didn't feel rushed at all and he answered all my questions. He is very personable and charismatic. The staff are friendly and readily available to assist without being pushy about purchasing from their office, unlike other optometrist offices I visited in the past. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a new optometrist. I will begin to recommend him to friends and family.

Today I got an exam and fit up for new glasses. Roger and his staff were on point. Knowledge, helpful, kind, patient, and efficient from start to finish. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Great Job !!!

I went to him after, leaving my eye doctor of 12 years, and it was a better experience than I expected, even after reading all of the positive reviews. His staff is amazing, even when they are training, someone, and he is an amazing doctor. He has a great personality, explains everything and takes the time to answer any questions, I ended up having to go three times because my eyes were messed up from my old eye doctor, and he only charged me for the office visit once, and didn't charge me for the following to visit, I only paid for my contacts and glasses. The staff was super helpful with that as well, writing the "both ways to see which way would be cheaper with my insurance, covering glasses or contacts only, and had me pay the cheaper price. I highly recommend, they are amazing and helpful.

Everyone here is very nice, courteous, and professional. They also take the proper measurements to keep everything clean and safe. Doctor Hayashi was knowledgeable and helpful. What I enjoyed the most was how personable and outgoing he was. He really took the time to get to know me, and this stood out for me. I wasn't just someone else he had to see today. I am confident that I will continue to come here for all my eye care needs.

I've been coming here for years and LOVE it. The office is always clean, staff is super friendly, Dr. Hayashi is phenomenal. The variety of top brand glasses to choose from make it more fun. Always get compliments. Best part yet is when you arrive to your scheduled appointment, your wait is minimal.

Dr. Hayashi and his Team are the best in Fresno when it comes to eye care. He takes the time during the exam to explain what he is doing. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Hayashi as our OD.

Dr. Hayashi and his staff genuinely take the time to answer any questions you may have about the health of your eyes, insurance coverage, test results, etc. A small incentive for his annual eye appt. customers would add to his client list and show appreciation from Dr. and staff!
