I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my cataract surgery. It was indeed a painless procedure. I had the final procedure done just a couple days ago. I am writing this without glasses and I can see very clearly. Better than when I had my glasses actually. Everybody is very pleasant in the office and at the surgery center. Dr. Salahuddin is charming. Worth it for the upgraded lenses. Would highly recommend this office and doctor.

This was my first time at this clinic, the doctor and the people that help him inside, were very professional and knowledgeable. I need to have my pupils dilated every year and I always find myself begging for it, this time it was not the exception. I was told that they take my insurance but it only covered one visit. However, the workers at the front desk were rude and not willing to help. I needed a copy of my chart and they sent me to another place, then I had to come back because the didn't have it overwhelmed there, and I asked for a "copy of the records of today's visit" and she looked at me as if I was speaking a different lenguaje. And she was like, you mean "copy of your chart"? And she was hesitant about printing it and giving it to me.

Yes, expectations were met. An area of improvement not a lot is receptionists could show a little more care with elderly trying to self check in. I saw a couple struggling when receptionists were free and could've done it for them. The assistant prior to seeing Dr Maxwell was very nice, polite and helpful. I had some questions with issues with my eyes and he took the time to answer and explained in detail, He was great and deserves the recognition. Dr Maxwell was very helpful and answered some questions as well.

I had called the office on a Thursday afternoon to see when I could be in for a chalazion removal, and they were able to book a consult the next day! It worked out perfect. It is a self check-in when you go in, so just a heads up, but they do let you know ahead of time. Dr. Elledge was really great and although it was just a consult, he offered to do the removal that day since it would be quick. It went very well and saved me a trip! Great patient care.

I always have a positive experience when I go for my eye exams with Dr Scott. I missed my appointment due to the fog but they called me same day to reschedule and got me in the next day. It is self check in with the kiosk machine. It was convenient for me, but did see a few elderly people struggle using the check in machine. The front desk girls were very helpful in aiding them to get checked in. Staff were friendly and polite.
