I've went to this office plenty of times in the past. For the most part I've had good experiences. I really like the doctor. My most recent visit is the most fresh, it was not so good. New girl at the front desk was pretty rude. Asked her a question & she just simply answered me with "I don't know" & then when I followed up with "should I ask the doctor" she tells me "if you want".

No one ever answers the phone! I drove all the way down here just to be told she would not be able to see me due to being fully scheduled. All this as I stood there alone in an empty office! I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't a complete waste of my time and effort! Never again!
