I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters for my vision appointment. The entire visit was smooth, professional, and well-organized from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process.
Dr. Cristal Maharaj, OD, was exceptional, thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my exam results clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and genuine care.
The eyewear selection was great, and the team helped me find frames that fit my prescription and personal style perfectly. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding care. I highly recommend LensCrafters and Dr. Cristal Maharaj to anyone in need of vision care.

This is my first time here, and the overall staff and environment was so friendly and showed lot of patience explaining the things. Daisy, the staff member who greeted me, was rude and misleading. She told me I would be charged $39 for a "mandatory" test without explaining what it was. I later learned this was an optional retinal scan not covered by insurance, which was never disclosed upfront.
When I raised my concerns, the manager, Andrea, dismissed them and appeared to side with her staff, offering no apology or acknowledgment. Sandra, another staff member with a poor attitude, later was charging me $37 without explanation, which I only learned afterward was optional insurance for broken glasses. This pattern of adding fees without clear disclosure felt dishonest and unprofessional.
David was polite when he assisted, and Pavel was helpful and accommodating when I called back--he refunded the incorrect $39 charge. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Maharaj and her technician for being professional, knowledgeable, and apologetic.
Front-desk staff behavior, transparency with charges, and management accountability & training need serious improvement.

I bought frames and lenses and purchased the warranty on the lenses in case they get scratched. Went in this morning to have my lenses replaced and was charged and additional $25 just to use the warranty. That part wasn't mentioned to me when I purchased originally.
Beware. Might be cheaper just to use your own insurance to buy a new set of lenses should you need them replaced.
