Worst eye clinic around! I've missed work 2 times only for them to call and cancel my appointment the day of. They make multiple appointments for things that most eye drs cover in 1. Go somewhere else

The front office staff girls present on september 9th, 4pm shift were INCREDIBLY unprofessional and immature, ridiculing patients for their weight. They were laughing like school girls as they mocked their patients. This is not a place I would ever return to. You'll be hearing about this later.

My experience with my technician was excellent. She insured that I had the proper measurements and did a thorough exam, she paid attention to details. I was very impressed. I went to Costco and the VA to get my glasses and it was nothing like the treatment I received from Kaiser. I have the perfect glasses and lenses.

I needed a pair of glasses for my rather small face where most frames look big on my face. During the fitting process, Fernando selected about 15 pair of frames for me to try. He landed on a frame called something like 'Narrow Fit' that they just started carrying a couple months earlier, and that was the perfect frame. He also explained that too much of a curved lens would decrease the effectiveness of the lens for my situation, which I wasn't aware of. Consequently, the frame chosen did not have too much of a bend in the lens and will be an optimal fit. I am forever grateful for his assistance!

The technician at Optical Center as soon as I wore my new glasses he realized that the frame needs adjustment when I just asked for changing the nose pads. He fixed it at the spot promptly. He was knowledgable and provided an excellent customer service.
