Signature Spex-I-Wear Optometry

The staff and the doctor are very good, these glasses are the 2nd as I had the same problem with the frame before. They exchanged it without any problem but I was 10 days without glasses. The post is for people to stop selling or buying Calvin Klein frames.

Great customer service all around. Dr. Fisher is very professional and answered all my questions. I found my EYE DR.

UPDATE -- After I posted my previous review, the doctor at this eye center called me to offer some help! I appreciated this call a lot. He asked me to bring my eyewear back to be fixed with no charge. Omg!!! My glasses came unadjusted, uneven, and got scratched very easily even with best care I took to protect it. I paid more than $200 for a very cheap quality product.

I've been wearing glasses and visiting different optometrists for 25 years and I have never felt so well taken care of.

I transfered to Dr Fisher after my optometrist retired. The office staff at Signature Optometry was great and very friendly. Dr Fisher was very thorough and checked everything related to my eyes. He did a great job at laying out my options for me. His staff was great at helping me pick out glasses. My favorite part was that at no point did I ever feel rushed! This office was great.

I appreciate the one on one. Dr Fisher takes time with you and explains everything . His staff is very nice and they have a large selection of frames, some very unique. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the service and will continue you return.

Had a great experience at Signature optometry. All the staff and Dr. Fisher were amazing and very helpful. Dr. Fisher was very thorough with my eye exam. I didn't feel pressured in buying my glasses like other places. I was simply going to go to Costco to purchase my glasses after my other past experience on buying glasses. Instead I felt at ease in purchasing my glasses within my budget and also very nice looking with the help of the staff. I appreciate the exceptional service and will be back again. I forgot to mention before making an appointment I read all the google reviews and I agree, they are amazing.

DON'T USE. Dishonest. Violated FTC eyeglass rule. Office did not provide a copy of my prescription post exam. Returned when glasses came in. Still did not provide prescription. This is in violation of FTC. They only provided it once I asked. Per FTC, whether the patient asked or not, the prescription MUST be provided. I asked about including the PD. Initially the optician Anthony stated he would provide it. Later when I asked for my prescription, I noticed it was not included. I was then informed I would need to pay $59 for a package which includes the PD, and verification and adjustment of outside frames. Per FTC, office can only charge for RX verification and adjusted when the service is provided. I did not purchase outside frames, nor request services for them. My wife and I paid over $600 after insurance for two pairs for glass. Highly disappointed is the patient care provided by the optical department and front office. We had a great experience with Dr. Fisher. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend due to the illegal and dishonest practices. Go somewhere else that won't nickle and dime you to provide good customers service.
