I really appreciated the doctor's time and patience with me this morning. I am also happy that the video interpreter was provided to me so that was very helpful to our important communication. I ll see you in two months in Clovis.

What a great doctor. Dr. Taylor explained everything she identified during my exam. She asked if I had any questions and answered them. She made sure to check again if there were any other questions that she could answer, which is always a patient's dream.

My youngest brother had never been before so he was very intimidated but Doctor Taylor was so friendly and kind she put him at total ease. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. The office was immaculate and it was a superb experience overall.

Phone service is so bad, I was running late to my appointment at 10:00 AM due to traffic and weather, I dialed phone while on the road to let my doctor know I am running late but will be there ASAP. But phone line was just keep on playing messages advertising to EYE Q about their services and product. No body picked up the phone until 27 minutes, even I was reached at the location and entered/ checked in myself but no body picked up the phone, finally when somebody picked up the phone, I politely said that it's already 27 minutes while I am waiting to let somebody know that i am running late, should I come over or reschedule my appointment, but since I am here already and checked in myself, she said very rudely that oh we are very busy handling phones and you should go to the counter to ask that if doctor can take you in. I said thanks and run to the counter to ask same thing, so she called to the doctor's assistant about me if you can take him she replied back in 4-5 minutes and said NO doctor would not take him because he is already late 20 minutes. I traveled about 15-17 miles in bad weather and traffic, called to ask or let them know that i am running late, if they have picked up my phone at the beginning. I should have skip the travel time and stay home instead come back all the way from their location after traveling, checked in and waiting in the lobby. What a shame. I would not recommend to anybody and neither I am going back there.

My eyesight a bit slow to focus these days after suffering a TBI in an auto accident, so it made her a bit impatient. She is a great doctor though. Her impatience (she literally made noises when asked to show me A or B a second time) is why the 4 stars. I was so embarrassed by needing more time I forgot to get a refill on my eye drops. I do recommend her, shes great. Sorry doc I took too much of your time.

Very pleasant with which to work. She answered all questions. She was very knowledgable and I had a great deal of confidence in her conclusions. She was willing to take time with me.

Dr. Taylor is not the issue. She's very good at what she does. The issue is this group. They overbook, they shuffle patients around from place to place, and the office is a MAZE! Eye-Q must do better!
