I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent visit. From check-in to the technical support provided, every aspect of my experience was handled with professionalism and care. I would particularly like to commend Adilene for her outstanding work. Her dedication and positive attitude were truly remarkable. Her skill and enthusiasm are rare assets, and she is a valuable member of your team. I believe she deserves significant recognition for her contributions. Her commitment to providing excellent service is exemplary and worthy of commendation. Posting for my husband. Called in January for an eye appointment couldn't be seen until May made the appointment had a very quick exam have cataracts. Made another appointment with Dr Sakauye for June 27th at 10:15 at 11:30 overheard the MA telling a patient that was there before us that the Dr was another 2 1/2 hours behind. That's ridiculous they should have told us when we arrived. He rescheduled and she was rude about it. I doubt he'll be going back.

Worse doctors. They said one thing will end up doing differently. If you care about your vision. Find somewhere else. If you dont care the come and try.

Between the horrible phone service, going to different floors to check in, needing to scan my own identification, no personal service at all, and the bad eye exams, this place is in need of complete restructuring. Whoever the individual is in charge needs to be replaced. There is no way they can be unaware of the issues going on in this facility. Do yourself a favor and go to Target for glasses as far as filling a prescription and find a small personal office for your optometrist needs. I miss the days of Dr. Dill. So sad.

The people answering the phones are rude, they need to be retrained or find another job. I called and asked to be transferred to the 4th floor and I was transferred 3 more times by different people. Everyone I was transferred to did not sound welcoming nor were they helpful, one of the ladies I spoke to actually argued with me saying the patient I was calling for has not been seen there. This place is unorganized and has no clue how to speak to people, all they are good for is transferring your call in circles and nothing gets taken care of.

Don't come here unless you have all the time in the world to wait to be seen, even with an appointment, they are really slow. Over 30min wait.

As I was getting my glasses fitted. I really couldn't see out of them. I knew I needed to give it time. So after 2 mths a had my eyes re-examine. My prescription was off. So they remade them. The original cost was higher then I usually pay. But I told myself the quality would be there. They gave me a refund of half the price of the glasses since rx incorrect. It's been about a year, I couldn't see clearly out of them. I called the eye wear center and told them I noticed they had scratches. That's why I was unable to see. I was told they don't scratch proof glasses with a tint. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. I had tinted glasses before they didn't scratch. I've been wearing glasses since I was 24 I'm 69 now. I really haven't worn them a year. Seeing as it was 2 mths wearing the wrong glasses. Then the wait time twice to get them back. So now I'm wearing my glasses from gosh they are 10 to 15 years old. They are better then the new glasses ever were. I see better with my old glasses. The last exam I was told they were off by 100. I'm on social security so 500. Is a lot for glasses I thought the quality was going to be there. I should have gone to Costco were I have always gone. I get 2 pair for less even. I would not recommend this facility, the prices are to high and the quality wasn't there.

I was seen by Dr. Vyoma Shah a while ago and she was the sweetest doctor I have ever met. She was had such welcoming smile with and without her mask. She answered all my questions (I had a lot) willingly and in way I could understand. She wasn't even supposed to be my doctor that day, my doctor had something to attend to on short notice and Dr. Shah, who had many patients of her own to attend to, made time to fit me into her schedule and even did it with a smile on her face. My only complaint with Eye Medical Center is that they didn't tell me that my doctor wasn't coming until 30-40 minutes into me waiting past my scheduled appointment time, but I'm sure there was good reason, they may have just been trying to get organized after a total shift in their day due to unforeseen circumstances. I didn't mind the wait. I understood and was just so grateful that Dr. Shah has so much patience to go above and beyond to be of service to patients whether they are hers or not. Definitely recommend Dr. Shah and Eye Medical Center.
