Update: Once again, I was given excellent and professional care and service. The growths were removed from my eyelids, quickly and relatively comfortably. My eye looks good!

Doesn't matter what time you go the front desk females always have attitude like they are being held against their own will. You can't ask them any type of questions because they look at you like you are one of their mans side chicks, I had an appt. At 3pm and arrived 10 mins earlier and was there for about 2 hours and the doctors always rush because they want to go home so if you ask more than 2 questions they will roll their eyes and sigh along with horrible attitude.

What the actual disaster this place is.
I amde an appointment in August for November 13. Having trouble seeing and pain in the eyes. They called yesterday to confirm and i said yes i will make it
Today i went in just to be told they don't accept my insurance. They made me wait 3 months to let me know that they don't accept my insurance. Reallly
I still can't believe the unprofessional behavior.save yourself and don't go there. They dont care for the patients and their time.
Oh God i am so frustrated

I don't know what it is about this place, but the service is bad. I've been here about three times, and every time I come, there is always an issue with my account. They always say they don't have any information about me or my coverage, yet they have all my husband's and son's information
which makes no sense, since I'm the one with the insurance.
Front desk girls don't want to do the work , I'm very disappointed

I always have quick, easy, & informative visits. The wait time is minimal, I think the longest I've ever waited was 7 or 8 minutes before being called to the back. The staff, nurses and doctors are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor is kind and listens to my concerns. She always gives good advice and prescribes meds as needed.
