Everyone is a pleasure to deal with at 2 See Optometry. My daughter and I have been seen Dr. Pardo for years and she is always so helpful and informative. Dr. Pardo always takes care of our eyes with professionalism and kindness. Diana and Ken are the best just so patient, kind and caring and always willing to help. Just incredible staff. Thank you for taking care of us.

I had an incredible experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the fancy, luxurious displays and the welcoming atmosphere. They have an amazing selection of frames with various options ranging from classic styles to unique designer pieces. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and truly takes the time to ensure every detail is perfect. I was specifically looking for help with computer screen glasses, and Dr. Pardo and Dr. Han went above and beyond. They listened carefully to the issues I was having and suggested the absolute best fit for my professional needs. Beyond their technical expertise, they are incredibly kind and patient, making sure I found the right frames for both my vision and my face shape. If you're looking for high-end service, expert doctors, and a massive selection, this is the place to go!

We paid over $1000 for an eye exam and new glasses in mid 2023. The glasses were great for about a year, which happens to be the exact amount of time that their warranty covers. One year and a couple of months later, one of the lenses on our $1000 glasses had an issue with the protective coating peeling off. The other lens is in perfect condition. When we took the glasses in to be looked at, the "manager" who was immediately confrontational wouldn't even let us finish speaking about our problem before she interrupted us to speak over us and tell us that this is a result in bad cleaning techniques and bad glasses care. When we tried to say that, maybe we got a defective lens since only one of the lenses was bad. I was trying to state that if this was a result of bad lenses, care, and bad cleaning techniques. Wouldn't both lenses have an issue? Keep in mind that these are not scratches in the lenses. This is the lenses protective coating peeling off. After stating that the "manager" interrupted us again to repeat herself, stating that it is our fault and we don't know how to clean our glasses properly. Her only solution was for us to pay another $1000 dollars and buy new glasses. I mean, our old glasses that were purchased at Wal-Mart Vision Center for $200 lasted for 3.5 years before needing any adjustments or other issues. I think that $1000 glasses should last longer than a year and a half. We came to 2 See Optometry, thinking we were going to get better quality than a Wal-Mart Vision Center. Apparently, Wal-Mart Vision Center carries and sells better quality products than 2 See Optometry. We have never spoken to like the way that the "manager" spoke to us. She is very rude, confrontational, and clearly not qualified to manage a business. She had robotic responses that she clearly says to everyone who comes in. It was very well rehearsed. Needless to say, we did not get any help or resolution from this office visit. My girlfriend still can't see out of one eye on her glasses, and I don't think we are ever going back to 2 See Optometry again. Don't spend your money here. Go to a reputable company that can stand behind their own products. You'll get nothing but arguing and excuses from the "manager"

I had a wonderful experience at 2 See Optomerty. Dianna, was extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient. During the retinal imaging, I had a difficult time keeping my eyes open due to sensitivity; however, she assured to take proper images patiently. Additionally, she helped me choose my frames. She's a pro and does her job carefully, quickly with attentionto detail. The doctor was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She answered to all of my questions and showed me the result of the tests. I highly recommend 2 See Omptomerty!

Dr. Han at 2 See Optometry is truly exceptional. I recently visited for my annual eye exam and to update my prescription, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff. The waiting area was clean, modern, and comfortable, with minimal wait time. Dr. Han was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to explain each step of the examination and answered all my questions about my eye health. I was particularly impressed by the high tech equipment used during the exam, including a retinal imaging device that gave a detailed view of my eye health. **Great Experience at 2 see optometry I recently visited 2 See Optometry for my annual eye exam, and I was thoroughly impressed. Doctor Han and receptionist Karla both attentive and seemed to have my best interest. However upon billing I paid $1,655 not knowing what my insurance would pay. They allotted $200 for my insurance however my insurance ended up paying more. I received paperwork from my insurance company stating my responsibility was only $1,145. I texted this to Karla who said she'd get back to me after speaking with the Doctor. I sent Karla another text after a few weeks with no reply this time. Almost a year later I am due for my eye exam and will be going elsewhere. They owe me $510! Looking at previous reviews they do this to everyone! CAUTION CONSUMERS!!! UPDATE CONSUMERS: They contacted me after reading my review. There was a bit of confusion with insurance. The owner Ken got it all straightened out. I got my yearly eye exam and they and they refunded the money owed. I'm really glad they reached out because I really had a great experience as far as eye exams go. I do recommend 2 See for your eye needs.
