Took my girlfriend there for an eye exam and to get new frames and lenses and contacts. From the beginning she loved the experience. The customer service and attention to detail were awesome. Neil and Shareef were very helpful. Thank you so much.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at LensCrafters and truly can't say enough good things about this visit. From start to finish, everything felt welcoming, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. My eye exam with Dr. Lillyt Ouzounian was wonderful--she was incredibly kind, sweet, and funny, which instantly made me feel comfortable. She explained everything about my eyes clearly and straightforwardly, taking the time to make sure I understood without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed, and it was obvious she truly cares about her patients. Afterward, Antonio helped me pick out my glasses, and he was just as amazing--so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the process fun and stress-free and helped me choose two pairs of glasses, Prada and Versace, that I absolutely love. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything felt right. On top of all that, the store had great prices and deals, which made the entire experience even better and left me feeling grateful and excited rather than worried about cost. Overall, this was such a positive, kind, and memorable experience, and I walked out feeling taken care of and happy. Huge thanks to Dr. Ouzounian, Antonio, and the entire LensCrafters team for such excellent service--I'll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone.

Glendale galleria location: this is my third year I purchase from the same location, and it's gotten worse. Poor customer service, I picked my reading glasses yesterday when I tried it on it was loose, the person said it cannot be adjusted, when I got home I put it on and my wife told me its crooked, I opened and layed it on the table, I can see the crookedness. I will return it back for refund since the person told me they cannot be adjusted. 2nd incident I also purchased Tom Ford reading glasses, the person presented it to me without a case, when I asked for the case she told me they don't have any, when I insisted she brought me a Versace case, again I refused, finally another person came over and brought the correct case, sorry to say she was unprofessional and seemed unhappy with her job. After returning my glasses I will not return come and purchase anything from LensCrafters, too bad I cannot rate 0. Thanks

I have been coming here for over 4-5 years now and will always be due to the friendly staff great prices and selection. Shout out to Eustella for always going above and beyond to make the experience fun and positive. I will always recommend friends and family to this location.

I broke my glasses and needed a new one and an emergency. They were able to find one that fit my existing lenses and in my price range. They are very hopeful and I really appreciated it. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to this place for many years and never got wrong with my prescription glasses until now. I called to make an appointment to see if they could help me with my prescription and it was very easy and fast to correct the lenses. The doctor and the staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks

I went in for an eye exam and to purchase contact lenses, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at LensCrafters in Glendale. There were several hidden add-on fees that were not disclosed upfront. After reading other reviews, I realized many customers have had similar experiences--receiving one quote initially, only to have additional tests and fees introduced during the exam as if they were mandatory. Please be aware of this tactic. It seems this is not the first time it has happened. While I was waiting, I even saw another couple walk out after realizing there were extra exam fees they had not been informed about beforehand. I had to stop the eye exam midway to make it clear that I did not want any additional tests or fitting services, just to avoid $100-$150 in unexpected charges. This was an absolutely dishonest and unacceptable experience, and LensCrafters should be ashamed of such practices.

I called in to ask a question prescription and Renee was so snarky and rude. It's not what you say but how you say it sometimes. She needs to be trained on customer service. Will not be going back to this location or even calling.
