I had such a wonderful experience at this office and cannot say enough good things about the team. Ruzanna is truly exceptional. She is incredibly helpful and attentive, even when the office is very busy. She always makes time for everyone, gives her full attention, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to scheduling and is amazing at helping patients feel supported and taken care of.
Ruzanna also has an excellent sense of style and helped me choose frames that suited me perfectly. She is patient, kind, and genuinely amazing at her job.
Dr. Mardian is also outstanding very knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire visit.

I had a great experience with Dr. Boris Mardian and his assistant Ruzanna during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional.
Dr.. Mardian was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable throughout the exam and answered all of my questions with patience.
His assistant was also incredibly helpful and kind--efficient during the pre-exam tests and very respectful. Together, they make a great team, and it shows in the quality of care they provide.

From front desk to quality time with Doctor, Broadway Family Optometry was a perfect experience. This is coming from someone who hasn't been to an eye doctor for over a decade, so my experience is limited; however, I felt welcomed and completely important. Doctor slowly and carefully explained all the tests he'd be doing, and then explained all the results just as clearly. He was positive and encouraging, very reassuring. Front desk helped style me and I loved her fashion expertise. I would definitely recommend!
