The atmosphere is lively in the best way where you feel the lovely personalities of the staff in their interactions with patients and each other. Terrible. Unfortunately, my doctor referred me here, and of course, I still don't have my glasses. I have insurance through the state, and I've never had a problem with choosing a pair of insurance-funded glasses at my other optometrist. They literally have three ugly pairs of glasses to choose from. I went to other locations, and they had the same selection, and I am locked to them for my glasses. On top of that, I waited for probably 2 1/2 hours. I had to sit in the reception listening to people behind the desk just trash customers like they forgot I was there or something. Another issue was that they dilated my eyes, and I've never had that before. They gave me these wraparound glasses that literally did not work, and I'm not even sure how I got home. I could not see at all. It was way too bright, and they did not warn me about this. I'm just pretty sure that it was an extra procedure they just wanted to charge the insurance for. This place is a typical example of how private equity ruins everything.

Just had my first vision exam in a long time. The staff, doctor, and doctor's assistant were all very kind and informative. I was seen at my appointment time and everything was seamless. I'll definitely be coming here for my future exams!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been trying to schedule an appointment with a specialist for over two weeks with no success. Initially, I was told there was no authorization, only for them to later admit they had received it a week earlier. Then I was told they couldn't use the authorization and that I needed to go back and see their general doctor again. I've been dealing with this back and forth for six days straight with no clear answers. Every time I call, I get the same scripted responses, as if no one is actually listening or trying to understand the urgency of my situation. Meanwhile, my vision continues to get worse. This level of disorganization and lack of concern for patients is unacceptable.

All staff was helpful and made sure to explain and make sure I understood what I was looking at when showing the pictures of the exam. The Dr then let me know what was gonna happen and how to proceed in the next steps for my continued care.

Parking is easy. The doctor and staff are friendly. Informative, knowledgeable. I was seen on time without wait.

I have a great experience with Dr. Villegas and his staff. Everyone was courteous and professional.

5 appointments and multiple studies and they couldn't figure out what's wrong with my eye. Recommended I see a specialist, After waiting 5 months to see the specialist they fire her and hire a different doctor who is incompetent. Waited 5 months to see the specialist just to be told that the specialist was fired. GO to a different location, they'll give you the round around here.
