I called and ordered 3 boxes of contact lenses on 08/10/2020 to be shipped to me where I have been quarantined. Gor Vartanyan said sure, the took my e-mail address for the details. On 08/11/2020 Gor sent me the invoice via Square, I paid in full. As of today 09/16/2020, still no contacts have been delivered. I sent an e-mail 08/26/2020 asking for a tracking number, no response. Then another e-mail 09/08/2020, no response. All my calls have gone unanswered. To the point where I asked somebody else to call on my behalf. They told the person the owner has the tracking number and they would call back with it. They didn't call and have stopped answering calls from the person that called on my behalf. These people are obviously taking advantage of the pandemic and fraudulently collecting money for goods they have no intention of delivering. I've since reported them to Square for fraudulently collecting funds on their platform. Since I can't get through to anybody at Blue Eyes Optical to get a refund. It's so unfortunate because I like to support local business. And while I understand delays especially if they used USPS the drop in communication after the collection of funds is unacceptable. Buyer beware.

The best selection and experience! It's easier to work with a local business rather than the big named ones. Sunglass hut, etc..all they care about is meeting their goals to make their commission. At Blue Eyes, you feel like you're with family.

I ordered and PAID FULLY for glasses on 3rd March, promised to get in a few days,as i need them to drive. Its now 6th of june, and i only managed to get hold of Blue Eyes Optician once, when he told me itl be ready soon. That was a long time ago. He now disappeared with my money and do not return my calls. Brillen.com is also of no use. Told me to call Blue Eyes myself DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!
