The office itself is beautiful and the main doctor who did my exam was incredible. He was very patient with all of my questions and really educated me on the current state of my vision. 5/5 for him. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience didn't match that level of professionalism. No matter the day or time, I can never get ahold of anyone by phone. At one point I was literally standing outside waiting to be seen, calling the office, and the front desk staff wasn't paying any attention to the phones ringing. My second disappointment was with the staff member who handles the frames and lenses. He seemed completely uninterested in being there, and I was given no pricing breakdown at all, and to this day I still haven't received an itemized bill explaining what I was charged for or what features my lenses even include. I simply chose the frames I liked and he gave me a price without any explanation. On the positive side, they do have a beautiful selection of designer frames -- I chose the MiuMiu pair and loved the variety. Overall: Amazing doctors and a stunning office, but the staff experience doesn't match the quality or aesthetic of the establishment. A few improvements in communication and transparency would make a huge difference.

staff are welcoming they will assist you well and they are very professional. MD explain and gives you solution on whatever concern you have you'll never leave from their clinic without a smile.

Very satisfied with the service and the products overall. Had to do a repair, which they did with no charge at all. Fast and organized. Recommend!

New frame snapped less than a month after purchase and they would not replace. They didn't offer anything but full price new frames. Ray ban offers a 2 year warranty on new frames so clearly they sold me a floor demo at full price so the warranty was expired. Sleazy all around

It's extremely unprofessional how they handled this situation. At the beginning of the year, they reviewed my file and assured me that I could come back in a few weeks to exchange the glasses due to excessive scratches. Now, after following their instructions, they suddenly claim it's not possible because the warranty has already been used. I understand warranty policies, but these glasses are only 7-8 months old and already covered in scratches. Their lack of consistency and accountability is unacceptable. If they knew the warranty wouldn't cover an exchange, they should have been upfront from the start instead of wasting my time.

I would like to express my fervent gratitude and appreciation for the entire team at Brand Optometry. I went into the clinic as a same-day emergency patient with no previous appointment due to it being the weekend. I would like to once again thank the staff for scheduling me in without any hesitation or frustration. I am beyond grateful for their kindness. I would like to thank Dr. Ida Sarajian for her warmth and compassion. I truly thank God that there are doctors like herself in today's society. Dr. Ida was able to calm me down within seconds of our interaction; I will be forever grateful to her. I am so beyond blessed to have been seen by Dr. Ida. She explained everything with clarity and ease. She did not rush throughout the entirety of the appointment. Thank you once again.

Long overdue but I came here after my optometrist wrote me a new prescription. I called them beforehand and luckily they were one of the few places that took my insurance. The receptionist Talen was nice and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about my insurance. Also shout out to Neal! He assisted me in choosing the right frame and was very patient and professional. I tend to be a person who asks a lot of questions, so I was grateful for his help. Prices were fair, I went with Gucci frame with the anti reflection coatings. Note that parking may be hard to find since it's street metered but I believe they have a parking lot in the back. Overall, they went above and beyond my expectations! I'd give this place 6 stars if I could.

Very disappointed with my experience at this office. The staff was unhelpful, unprofessional and didn't feel like my concern was taken seriously. The doctor seemed more focused on getting through the visit as quickly as possible than providing thorough care. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this office to others.
