Yes across the board to this optical location!
Making an appointment is so easy online and the reason I did so is because I don't have medical insurance anymore.
When you check in, you sign a waiver, but all cost points are listed for services someone may want. The transparency from this location is very appreciated so there's no surprises in the end.
Everything feels clean and sanitary without the chemical smell.
EVERYONE is so friendly and Yeranui Erin Gezukarayan, OD will take VERY good care of you during your exam. She doesn't rush you and makes sure you're comfortable through every step. She's very kind and listens to your concerns and questions. I felt like I was in very good hands with her.
There is a great selection of glasses to choose from without being overwhelmed.

I went in yesterday for my first contact lens eye exam, and the experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and easy. Their prices are reasonable too. I'll definitely be sticking with them as my eye care provider.
