Had a great experience with the staff. Front desk staff Moe and Joanie was very welcoming and the tech Nikki was amazing and very knowledgeable! Liz also helped me with my glasses and she was great. Dr. Ani was a great doctor and made sure my vision was healthy. Will be coming back every year.

I would recommend Glendale Optometric Center to all my family and friends. The ladies that work there are so nice and helpful. Dr. Nichi is awesome he explains everything in detail very friendly. Nice clean and organized great selection of glasses. 5 Stars...

Dr. Nish and staff are helpful and professional With every patient since I started coming here long ago. Very kind and efficient help received from the doctor. I have a chronic condition that terrifies me and he helps me not feel afraid every time I come to him for help with my flare ups or regular check ups. I am so grateful to him and his team for helping me all these years so kindly and patiently.

I want to be fair and say that the doctors here are great. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, they don't let you browse or try glasses on by yourself. You feel rushed the entire time and only shown a few options, which pressures you into picking something within minutes instead of actually finding the right fit. Not surprisingly, when my glasses arrived, they were extremely tight on the sides and gave me constant headaches. I went back 3 times for adjustments and nothing improved. The glasses are simply a poor fit. There was no proper consultation before the sale to make sure the frame would actually work for my face. I paid around $400 for these glasses, and I can't even use them. Now I'm stuck with taking Tylenol for headaches everyday and waiting another full year until my insurance covers a new pair. When I tried to return or at least exchange the frames, they refused, blaming their "policy." They said they could only change the lenses one time, which is ridiculous since the frame is in perfect condition and could easily be exchanged. On top of that, their customer service is horrible. You're made to wait up to an hour for basic adjustments or help. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Nishi and his entire team are the greatest! From the Reception area to their offices, they are profoundly professional, compassionate, respectful, and fiercely thorough. I highly recommend them. Only trust your eye care to them!! They are the BEST!!!!!

Nice people! Great eyewear selection, clean and professional office with a clean customer bathroom. My eyes away from home.. this staff see you with Angel Eyes was my experience at this optometrist office. The moment I walked in the reception was nice, and the optometrist assistant did several test to check my eyes, she was an angel, then the doctor optometrist did another exam and explained all I needed about my vision needs. The doctor was super helpful and awesome then I sat with the optic assistant to help me select my glasses. This Glendale optometrist is the BEST customer care I've experienced ! And I'll be returning again.. THIS is THE PLACE to Get YOUR EYES EXAMINED for GLASSES

My husband and I have been going here for over 15 years. Every doctor we have been to has been wonderful and very knowledgeable. The staff in the office are friendly and knowledgeable and will take very good care of you. If you have any issues with your prescription, they have a good window of time that you can come back and get issues fixed. I think that anyone looking for a good optometrist should definitely come here. The parking lot is small, but their hearts are big!

Ani Muradian provided exceptional care. She was extremely thorough and took the time to explain my eye health in detail. Ani discussed potential recommendations for my condition, including the AREDS2 formula, and noted that a recent study indicates it may not be effective at my current stage. Her clear explanations and evidence-based approach were greatly appreciated
