I have been a patient here for over 25 years. Since they have changed to Keck, you can't get through via phone unless you are willing to wait for 30 minutes or so before someone helps you. My last 2 visits my eyeglass prescription was wrong. I am done here.

My wife had an 8 am. appointment and did not get seen until 8:30 due to MD arriving late. When
for a written prescription, the MD had an attitude and then admitted she didn't know how to do one of those. She was only familiar with writing electronic prescriptions. Not impressed.

Their Glendale location is beyond unprofessional. My ophthalmologist showed up 45 minutes late. In addition, when I spoke to them about a defective lens on my glasses, they told me to wait and see if my eyes adjust. I had to argue with them so that they would send my glasses back to the lab. Don't go here.

I honestly hesitated before coming here because of some of the negative reviews online, but my experience was completely different--in the best way possible!
From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice, patient, and professional. The whole process felt smooth, and I genuinely felt taken care of the entire time.
I especially want to give a huge thank you to Janeth Mejia. She went above and beyond for me. I told her I really needed to pick up my glasses, and she actually stayed after hours just to make sure I could get them. That level of kindness and understanding is rare, and it meant a lot to me

The worst place I ever went!
Please don't go there. It's a really important eye test, but everyone's totally unprofessional.
And it's totally not only wasted people time but also They're gonna try every possible way to dock your pay.
I have never seen such an unprofessional place. I have no idea how it is maintained.
