Lugene Eye Institute

I was referred to see a specialist for my eyes since I've been recently diagnosed with RRMS and noticed change in my eyes along with other problems and I came here for a first time apt. Staff was friendly, the office was full . To me it seems like they were so full they wanted to get pts in and out. On top of that I was telling the specialist about how my eye sight has been affected and he said everything is fine. They put eye drops so see the pressure in my eyes and I couldn't even open my eyes I felt so much pressure and pain that I felt my symptoms were brushed off. I was in there for maybe 30 or so mins waiting to be seen to be told in less than 5 mins that everything was fine. As my diagnosis shows invisible symptoms it made me feel hopeless and discouraged on how more and more people have to literally fight for their health in order to be seen or tested correctly. Overall I won't go back and waste my time!!!!!

Professional & friendly service. Quick appointment and responds. Great staff and beautiful , clean facility. Dr Anna was great. Thank you guys keep up the good work you do. It was another good experience. As always say People matter.

I loved this eye institute as they are always on top of it. Dr. Kouchouk is simply wonderful. He performed my cataract surgery which was absolutely perfect. He is not only a great doctor he is a very caring and attentive person. I will highly recommend this doctor in a heartbeat.

I have been under the care of Dr Kouchouk at Lugene Eye Institute for almost a year and am very impressed with the attention I have received During this time I have had two successful cataract surgeries which were handled with professionalism and care Dr Kouchouk has a remarkable manner to his patients, he is attentive and understanding and takes time to explain everything in detail- I could not recommend him more. The other staff at Lugene are very efficient and friendly- it is a joy to visit the rooms

The staff are very cordial and very polite. Dr. KOUCHOUK very nice he explain what is going with my eyes in details and use words that I can understand, I'm very happy having him as my doctor I feel relax for he is very experience of what he is doing. I really appreciate Nariney. She was so kind and helpful the patient before. Then she is attentive. Pay close attention and listened well. Older people need this kind of care. Dr Kouchouk always been kind and helpful. He alway ask how I am doing. He spend time with me, but I think he does that with all his patients. I really appreciate a good doctor. He was very good training skills for his new intern. He teaching skills in help her to learn thing that he experience in his profession.
