Modern Optometry

Dr. Kamkar is an absolutely excellent doctor, and I'm truly satisfied with his professionalism and skill. However, the customer service at the front desk is really disappointing and not at all on the same level. I've often wondered how such a fantastic doctor can have such a poor front desk staff. I really hope this is something that can be improved in the future, because it's a shame for such a great physician to be represented by a front desk like this.

Very good. Nice and easy if you know why are you here. If you wanna get fast service without medical coverage, just pay for that. If you don't want to spend any kind of money in the store you have to wait. There is nothing that they can do about it. Very nice frames and from different brands, and very good quality on glasses that they can give you. The glasses has to many options to choose from.

The worst optometry I have ever been. Non professionals are working there especially the customer service staff, they are rude, and not respectful. They never care about customers.

I am a medicaid patient. I got my prescription from an eye doctor at Glendale comprehensive healthcare center. I went to Modern optometry for my frames and lenses. The ladies at the desk were so rude they spoke Armenian or Farsi only in front of me and literally threw my glasses at me, smudge them went I picked them up . The women started laughing so hysterically hard they were running around trying to contain themselves. I would never go there again and I don't suggest anybody who doesn't speak Farsi or Armenian go to modern optometry. I have an Armenian last name. I feel humiliated.

I went to this place for eye exam. I like the doctor. But The staff are soooooo rude, and unprofessional. and mean. It's like purposely, they hire only people with bad attitude. When I was reading reviews, I noticed I'm not the only one. Had this horrible experience. No one deserves to be treated like that. Stay away from this please do yourself a favor.
