Every person from the moment I walked in was so kind and helpful!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how humbling the entire experience was. Almost no wait time, and I felt taken care of because each person made me feel like I was in great hands. They really know what there doing!! I strongly recommend this location!!! I finally found my forever optometrist office!!!

First time visiting with Dr. Ouzounian. I'm a commercial pilot and my vision is very important to me as I get tested with my aviation medical examiner twice yearly. I was very pleased with Dr. Ouzounian. She was very very thorough and she took the time to explain the details of our examination. Would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Zadoorian was excellent. I appreciate his professional yet kind demeanor. He explained my vision and tips for better health thoroughly. I highly recommend him. Thanks Dr. Z.

I was very impressed with the care I received by the doctor as well as front staff. They were very kind and willing to listen to their customer who just had a very very bad experience with LensCrafters at West Covina mall. Thank you.

There needs to be more transparency and accountability by the workers here. There's no reason for there to be a "misunderstanding" within 4 different people (three being their own employees)Upon receiving a call to confirm insurance we were told about $10 copay and a $39 fee for a basic exam. I confirmed this price 4 different times before proceeding with anything. When taken to the room for an exam they confirmed with me that I wanted a "basic exam" which was totaled to be $49 with the copay and that it would be an extra $65-$90 IF I wanted to speak with the optometrist and I kindly mentioned if that is not mandatory then I'd like the basic exam to confirm the measurements of my eyesight. I did not buy glasses nor contacts and was not planning to. Come to find out I was actually going to be charged $104 without prior explanation as to why. Upon paying and receiving the receipt I noticed there was things paid for that I did not request or know about so I was told to come back to be provided with an explanation. After a couple minutes of back and forth I was told "either way we can't even refund you because you already paid." And a "this should have been told and explained to you before you came to pay." Well- it was not explained to me before. Long story short if you do plan on coming to this LensCrafters for an eye exam, tell them to give you a whole breakdown of what they plan to charge BEFORE you step foot into any room. This is truly disappointing and not the right way to run a business. You don't take advantage of people's money and attach a sorry excuse about how it should've all been explained before you paid but since you already paid it's too late. It shouldn't be too late especially if it's the employees fault.

Overall experience was very pleasant but I have to say, although their services is a bit on the expensive side, I still would go see Dr. Jivan. He is an amazing human being. I learned that in 10 minutes. His calm personality, his willingness to listen and provide advice is truly something that is missing nowadays. He is very thorough and very kind.

I appreciate the eye exam with the extra effort of the doctor for my light sensitive eyes. I wish there was a filter for this problem in the machines used for the exam. However, my real problem was being told there were no lab techs after I chose my frames and went through the payment process. I was then told I would have to wait 3 days for them to be shipped to my out of state address. I really came in for a same day service. As I mentioned much earlier on the phone confirming my appointment. On the positive I was called back "hours later" with the revelation the glasses were ready, as a sales guy knew how to do the work. Seriously? Thank you for the same day service, but not for the anxiety. Please know the skills of your employees. That said, despite the low rating, you did come through and I would recommend you. But I'd have to caution that recommendation with the store salespeople not knowing the store lab techs hours, or that they might not give a straight answer as to "when" the glasses might be ready.

The store manager Shereen provided some of the best customer service I've ever received in your facility. He truly took the time to get to know my interests in terms of frame selection, and showed me a variety of selections. In addition, he also took the time in discussing with me the sale that your store currently had and the coverage of my vision benefits. Overall, his proactive and warm support made me feel that my needs and wants were catered for.
