I had appointment at 10:15 am after 45minutes I asked when am I going to see doctor. They said you have to wait one more hour. I had work appointments so I rescheduled my appointment. My advice to anyone is this office is the worst office you can be and if you have choice find another doctor.

I had a terrible experience with this office. I called and clearly confirmed my appointment for 2:50 PM (I even repeated the numbers back to them). When I arrived, they suddenly told me my appointment had been at 2:15, which was not true. It was obvious they were lying. This is not the first time they have done this. They don't send text confirmations the day before, and it feels like they cancel or move appointments to give the spot to someone else, maybe a friend or a patient who will bring in more money. When I pointed it out, instead of admitting their mistake, they just tried to push me to reschedule for a month later. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of patients' time. I do not recommend this place. Very dishonest and frustrating experience.

My mother went in to get a consultation with the optometrist. The doctor was kind and professional. I have no complaints towards him. The so called front receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They don't greet or acknowledge you when you're in the front desk. I feel that they are racist because of the way I saw them treat my mother and I on our last visit. I don't recommend coming to this location if you're anything other than their race. This isn't the first time we've encountered their rudeness. They shouldn't be working there if they seem uninterested about performing their job. I wouldn't come back here if I had the chance. Everyone despite their race should be treated equally, the front receptionists know nothing about that.

When I arrived to the clinic they asked me for co payment of 93 dollars ? I told them but I have medical I don't pay anything! they said sorry they did not know.This clinic does not have all the equipment needed to check your eyes, I need to check the eye retna they said they need to put drops in the eye and that will not let me drive my car back home in the other clinic last year they check my eye retna without any drop because they have a modern machine so I have to wait inside the office for 3 hours till I can see well with my eyes. Also they give you appointment after three months and they don't remind you few days before! we are old you know what I mean> avoid this clinic nothing good about it.

Hopefully, the right people will read this review and act accordingly to address the serious privacy issues at this practice. On September 3, 2025, at approximately 9:10 AM, I visited Dr. AMR Kouchouk's office and experienced an unacceptable breach of my privacy. After providing my insurance card and starting to fill out paperwork, a staff member shouted my copay amount across the waiting room, which was half-filled with other patients. This public disclosure of my personal payment information was humiliating and, I believe, a clear violation of HIPAA privacy rules. Multiple patients likely overheard, which made the situation even more distressing. I'm outraged by the lack of professionalism and disregard for patient confidentiality at this office. This incident completely eroded my trust in their ability to protect sensitive information. I've reported this to the office's management and plan to escalate it to the appropriate authorities for a thorough investigation. I urge Dr. Kouchouk's office to train their staff on HIPAA compliance and implement proper safeguards to prevent such violations in the future. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone who values their privacy until significant changes are made.

The staff was amazing but the main doctor, Dr. Haroutun made me wait for nearly 45 mins for a 2 min appt so he could see my results. I understand he is a busy man but it's important to be respectful of people's time as well.

I need new glasses as my old ones are no good anymore. The doctor spent some 3 minutes and said my Medi-Cal is not covering the glasses procedure, he was very arrogant and rude and careless. I do not know his name, it was a young Armenian male. I want to understand, as I have waited for months to get to the appointment. I will check with insurance if he lied or no. They dropped some medicine in my eye and did not tell me I needed time before I could do anything. Not knowing anything, I started to drive and understood I do not see anything, I was lucky I did not have any accident. They are a complete trash, not professional at all!! I want to make sure that people are aware of this so called doctor and his clinic, who are not to be trusted, they have to take some penalties for wasting people's time and not helping at all.

I would give this office a 0 if I could. You have to call at least three times just to make sure they've actually scheduled your appointment. It takes them 20 minutes just to check the appointment time, they don't call to remind you, and worst of all, they are unprofessional--they don't even apologize for their mistakes.
