Target Optical

I ordered lenses made for my glasses which I provided. My experience with other stores have been mediocre at best yet I have Franco attend me from Target optical and he gave me the personal attention and went out of his way to keep me happy with the service provided. I can't begin to express my gratitude and will soon this up by saying I will be a loyal customer from this point forward. It's this leve It's this level of professional and cookies employees that deserve recognition, I only got this does him justice he deserve praise and credit. Thank you Franco!

The optometrist said if I didn't get an extra add-on service that they would no longer check my eyes because it's a liability for them. Then, when I asked for my eye prescription info she asked if I was going to buy glasses from them in response. It was weird and felt like a used car seller. It was my second time there. First time was good, and the people who help you with glasses are lovely.

Dr. Erin, Steve and the entire staff were excellent. The wait time was short, the eye exam was quick and purchasing glasses went smooth, all thanks to the great team here. Highly recommend them.

I got to my appointment early and they were able to attend me upon arrival. The Doctor was very nice and informative. He showed that he really cared. I did the standard eye check up. It took about 20 minutes to complete. The front desk personnel were also very nice and helpful. They assisted me with checking my insurance and making sure I was happy with the glasses I selected. I asked for recommendations and they were able to assist me. Over all they want you to have the best experience and the best deal you can get. I was very satisfied with my visit there. It was my first time there.

Have gone twice and honestly well not be coming back to the doctors here. This is the first time in 18 yrs where my prescription is not accurate and I had to come back and re-do my exam. This time I did a contact fitting exam and when you have astigmatism you get charged an extra $60 which I had never had to do before in my 18 years. The doctor informed me I may need astigmatism contacts so I got charged $60 to put on a sample contact for astigmatism only for it to be so blurry and unfit for my eye. He proceeded to inform me my eye has a slight tad bit astigmatism but not enough for me to get astigmatism contacts. After all that hassle, I got prescribed my usual normal contacts without astigmatism. In the end I paid an extra $60 for them to be completely wrong. Why did the doctor go through all that trouble if he knew they do not make contact lenses for a "tad bit" of astigmatism. He himself said the amount of astigmatism I have they do not make contact lenses for. Knowing that I requested to get a refund for this trouble since I had to come back twice only to get prescribed my usual prescription. They informed me they need to speak to a doctor "Erin" and it took two weeks to get an answer! Only for them to say no because they had to order a bunch of trials for me. TRIALS I DID NOT EVEN TRY BECAUSE THE FIRST DID NOT WORK OUT! When asked to speak to "Erin" , the girl on the phone advices she too busy to get back to me and does not think she would get back to me. Completely unacceptable.
