So so kind, friendly, warm, trustworthy!! Omg I have never been to a optometrist and left so happy and in good spirits!! I'm so glad I came to Teagle optometry!! I swear from the moment we came in the eye doctor Teagle himself greeted us and helped us verify my insurance was okay to use here. I felt so welcomed immediately and for the doctor to greet us and verify my insurance was very humble and a green flag for this location immediately! Trisha was a ray of sunshine like I literally want to be her friend lol she was so sweet and went above and beyond to help me find glasses, set my appointment, do everything!! I'm so glad that they help people who have insurance and make sure you get the best deal and glasses you'll absolutely love!! I am so excited to get my new prescription glasses and found a gem of a optometrist office. I am literally telling everyone I know to come here because they are just that great!! I was about to go to lens crafters in the mall DO NOT GO TO lens crafters BTW LOL I had such a bad experience calling in this week and going in 2 years ago they are so rude and not humble like Teagle Optometry I swear. Anyway Support family owned businesses and come here for a trustworthy optometrist and great customer service!!

Finding a place that treats you like family is truly a treasure. I love coming here! They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and your questions are addressed. Catherine at the desk was so accommodating and amiable. She really helped me hone in on some very stylish glasses. And Dr. Teagle is so genuine and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit.

I happened to be walking past so I thought I'd inquire about getting some lenses for my frames. I didn't have my prescription on me so I was immediately dismissed. If they would have presented options and costs for getting the lenses, creating an updated prescription, etc they'd have gotten my business. Instead they gave attitude and the business went to Lens Crafters in the same mall. Thank you, Steve at Lens Crafters for being accommodating! Would recommend him over Teagle anytime.

I have not had a new pair of glasses in 7 years. I called around and Teagle Optometry were the nicest and most accommodating to get an eye exam. They were able to put me into their schedule within 4 days. I showed up in the Glendale Galleria and was pleasantly greeted by the crew in the front desk. Friendly and answered all questions. I filled out paperwork and was in the back room with test within 10 minutes. Great job! Teagle Optometry has been in Glendale for 33 years. It has lasted through the downcycle on the early 2000's and the Covid era. I can see why. They really treat their customers very well and make sure that you leave happy. Mrs. Lee was the optometrist. She was helpful and my test was done in around 15 min. I needed significant increase in my glasses. I am so happy that I have found a Tagle Optometry. I highly recommend them for any of your eyeglass or contacts needs.

Besides being in the mall (blarf) this place is nice, clean, the optometrist was nice and the guy at the front desk was funny. They take walk-ins for lens changes (but they send them away, which takes a week turnaround). They do tightening/ adjusting (in-house) except Weds & Friday, tech not there those days, but is "for sure" on Sunday and Monday, apparently. They can put new lenses in for your old frames too. They take Medi-Cal L.A. Care. :)

Been going to Teagle optometry since 94 when they were in Panorama City. I go to the Glendale location. Many of the employees have been there for years. Always get my entire family in on the same day. Thorough exam and testing. Lots of frames to choose from. Never had an issue. Love Dr. Teagle and his office staff.

This is a great optometry office. The optometrist gives a very thorough exam and ensures the health of your eyes. The technician that helps with selecting glasses is wonderful! He is very patient and helps select a great frame that will fit your face and look good on you. I even went back for a slight adjustment and he was kind to help me quickly.

I picked up my new glasses on 7/13 or 7/14 after they replaced lenses since the first lenses didn't work well. I noticed there are some scratches on corners of frame. I thought they might got scratched when technician was removing the first lenses. Today, 8/1, the frame just collapsed on my face when I was taking off my glasses at work. My husband brought me my old pair of glasses, took broken one to Teagle Optimatory today. They told my husband that something is wrong with the way I handled the glasses. I need to pay $185 ( discounted from original Ray ban frame price ) for exchanging the frame. I was very shocked because I always take my glasses off gently using both my hands and this happened. So I found out that Teagle Optimatory only has warranty on lenses, not on Frames. If you see the pictures of my broken Ray ban glasses, you can clearly see that they are defective and was not caused by taking off the glasses with regular use. I am very disappointed by the way they are handling this. Please remember, they only have warranty on lenses. No warranty on frame if the frame has crack inside and broke on you within 3weeks. Update 1 Teagle Optimatory agreed to replace the frame without any extra charges after so many times explaining why this is not my fault. 2 They don't have 30 days warranty on Ray Ban Frames. But they have 30 day warranty on some other higher end brands.
