Warby Parker Glendale

I had a great experience at the Warby Parker location in Glendale, and I want to specifically recognize Dr. Rafatzadeh (Dr. Rafat or Dr. R). My exam was quite pleasant from start to finish. She clearly walked me through each step, explaining what she was doing and why. She was incredibly kind, patient, and sincere. I came in with a specific concern, with some minor questions between assessments and she happily addressed each one clearly. I did not feel rush, but comfortable. What I appreciated most was that she didn't push me to change my prescription. Instead, she carefully explained my options, offered her professional suggestions, and then let me decide what I felt most comfortable with. There was absolutely zero judgment, just support and genuine care. That kind of approach is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience. I recommend Dr. Rafat at this location! A helpful tip for future customers: If you'd like to schedule your exam specifically with Dr. Rafatzadeh (or any particular doctor), you'll need to navigate the site from the homepage in this order: * Click "Find a Store" * Select Warby Parker Glendale (not the "Book an Eye Exam" button) * Click "Meet Our Doctors" * Then proceed to book your eye exam. If you click "Eye Exam" without going through "Meet Our Doctors," you won't be given the option to choose your doctor.

Excellent shopping experience in Glendale store--Andres was very helpful, not pushy and allowed me all the time I needed to try on a variety of frames and direct me to ones I specifically asked for. Purchasing was quick; glasses will be ready much faster than I expected so look forward to my new frames/rx. Would not hesitate to return--the policy for returning in 30 days is also a bonus.

Always great service! I had been running late, since my flight was delayed 3 hours. I had to twice reschedule my appointment and had to call customer service and they were able to email the store and everyone was super accommodating. Thank you again

Great customer service from Jordan and Dr. Hsu- I've been coming to Warby for years and don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Great prices, especially when compared to Lenscrafters and other stores

The whole staff were very friendly and efficient! They were able to see me earlier than my appointment time. I had my exam, chose my frames and was in and out in less than an hour.

Excellent customer service. The person who helped me (I think her name was Kat) was fantastic. When I wanted to just look around, she gave me the space for that, and when I had questions, she was quick to point me in the right direction. I visited the store twice. During the first trip, I just wanted to see the selection (pretty good variety IMO!). I mentioned that I was looking for frames that fit a smaller or narrower face so she showed me all the frames in that category. The second time I was there, when I was deciding between a few pairs, she showed me what I options I had in terms of color, width, etc. In the end, I found two pairs that fit my style. Great experience at Warby Parker!

Dr. Pineda and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Thorough and so knowledgeable! I spent less on my appointment and three paid of glasses than I usually spend on one pair alone. Highly recommend this doctor and this location!

Dr. Rafat was very efficient and extremely kind. I was in and out of the appointment very quickly. I would definitely come to her again.
