On my last visit to Bream Optometry, not only did I feel not welcome by front desk staff, as if I was bothering them even though I had an appt., but also felt VERY rushed. Optometrist couldn't wait to leave. The only person that was smiling and had any customer service skills, was the last person who took my payment and printed my Rx. Last time I'll be going there.

Dr. Gissel Coto was so wonderful. She was very welcoming and answered all my questions energetically. She was so thorough and pointed things out on the eye scans that kept me informed and interested. I was nervous about getting my eyes checked and she made me completely forget about my nerves and made me comfortable. Definitely someone I would recommend again and again. Also has a great smile and energy I instantly felt like I was in great hands.

Dr Bream is great and her staff is helpful and kind.
The office is super small and was crowded and quite loud. It was not a relaxed environment. As I was trying to do one of the tests people are taking room to room, it was loud and was very hard to focus on watching for the white light. It would have been helpful if appointments were not right on top of each other.
Please consider pacing out patient appointments a bit more.

I had an appointment with Dr Coto O.D and may I say I've never been happier with my visit. She's so bright and delightful and very energetic. She explained to me very well everything what was going on. She helped me through all my tests and was very professional. It's very rare for me to write reviews but I've always said if someone does an exceptional job the least they can get is a great review and words from me. I hope she still there for my next year check up because I'll definitely look for Dr Coto

Excellent service. I was there first thing on a Saturday morning and they were super efficient. They are knowledgeable, have state of the art equipment and right outside their office is a wide variety of Costco frames to choose from. I will always for here now for my eye exams!

I was very impressed with Dr. Chou. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered my questions and explained things to my satisfaction. I usually go to a well known optometrist in town, but to get an appointment with them it requires a 4 to 5 month wait. The office staff were nice but a bit robotic with there procedures, and office space is quite small.
