Truly awful service. They do not care about their patients in the slightest. Have you wait hours after your appointment, never answer phones, treat patients with such a negative attitude. Truly astonishing the way people will take advantage of low income seniors. It is insane.

5star to the doctors. I had two retinal hole surgeries. 0 star to the management. The front office number doesn't work and always goes to full voice mail box. It's annoying that we have to visit in order to get an appointment.

My name is Cynthia Evans and I had cataract surgery on 12/17/2024. The next day I saw a TOTAL difference in my vision. I have not seen such CLARITY in my vision in MANY YEARS. I am so grateful and thankful to Dr. Aghai for doing such an excellent job. There was no pain associated with the surgery nor thereafter. BTW, Dr. Aghai is very nice, thoughtful, caring and attentive. I am very happy that I found him.

The truth about the experience of this center is the bad treatment and failure to answer her calls. It is disrespectful to the patient and the doctor is good when dealing with him. However, the secretariat harms the center's reputation. However, it happened that the secretariat decided to treat you without presenting it to the doctor. Unfortunately, I preferred not to deal with them at all.

To be fair the Doctor I saw at this office was very nice (hence the 1 star) However the front office staff & lens department is a nightmare to deal with. They rarely answer the phone & if and when they do you're put on hold and disconnected! They set appointments for you on days when they are closed. I've tried to simply pick up my glasses that are paid for, for over 2 1/2 years to no avail! Do yourself a favor and skip the headache, find another Optometrist.

If I could enter 0 stars for your rating I would simply from the lack of attention given by your phone receptionist. I called 2 times to make an appointment, the first call went to the operator and second to appointments and both times, after 7 minutes on hold for each station, no one answered and I was disconnected. I hope your phone system is down, because if not you have a very unprofessional staff who dont care about your business and they should all be Fired!

The wannabe red hair latina front desk worker has no manners, I said good morning to her twice and she pretended not to hear me, she questioned me why I didn't take a list and I told her I didn't know I was supposed to and then she said now you know. The other latina lady did provide good service, she even provided me with a mask.

Front desk staff is not very friendly and often seem distracted by their behind the desk duties, or annoyed when patients have questions. I go there for a Glaucoma condition, less than 5 months now. Back office doesn't seem to communicate well with front desk. Dunno if its the computer system or poor communication. When confirming appts doctor just gave or has changed I find myself waiting for up to 10-15 mins reception to clarify or confirm appts. But appt updates take a lot longer. The office mainly cater to the Spanish speaking community which isn't a Big problem, but I often feel my questions take longer because I have to ask them more than once to get a clear answer. This is mostly with the front desk and some of the medical staff assisting the doctors. Not everyone. I only speak English so this feels challenging sometimes. There is no language barriers with the doctors though. So far, so good. Time will tell
