I had a great welcoming experience by the front desk. She is wonderful (sorry can't remember names) but the office manager is HORRIBLE. She doesn't know how to handle situations. I've had medical for 8yrs for my girls so I initially know procedures and I tried to explained to her the process of replacing my daughters glasses but she was adamant on her way even after the fact that VSP told me they Must Be the one submitting request not the patient. There was no talking to this office manager as she think she knows it all. Finally I was so frustrated that I chose to give up and tried another office. They immediately helped me. They submitted the request and immediately got an authorization approval to replace my daughters glasses. Clearly this office manager needs more training. I definitely do not recommend. But thankful for the front desk who was very nice.

I used to be a patient with a premium Healthcare insurance. During that time I was happy to be a patient here. However my life has changed and I have been forced to to receive assistance through medi-cal. Since then I was treated differently. When calling for an appointment I was told that many slots were available for the same week and then once the receptionist knew of my new insurance provider I was told I couldn't be taken until two weeks. Then in the visit the Dr was rude. It's discrimination and it's awful.

Horrible office manager. Please dont go there. This place has very unprofessinal staff, that go as far as calling others stupid. I am even surprised they are in business. Save time and stress and go somewhere else.

Very nasty attitude when you call. Reception very rude. Wont be going back.
